Thank you for posting this as breathing exercise which is a mandatory process to purify the blood besides all the other benefits for those seeking to upgrade to a higher level in conciousness and heart.
I tried playing the video and it did not work. So, I will share one of my favorites!
I have a exercise which is so powerful that one has to start slowly and increase the counts as one feel comfortable.
With the right hand place the index and middle finger over your third eye.
The right thumb over your right nostril and the ring finger over your left nostril.
Place your left hand in form of recieving with your palm upwards right where the bottom breast and ribs start close to the body, tucked in.
Close your right nostril with your thumb and breath deeply inwards thru your left nostril....(as you breath in your Belly Chakra will expand like a balloon) hold your breath to a count of three focusing on the third eye area
( with practice one will eventually be able to increase the count of holding the breath) release the breath slowly
thru the right nostril.(try to empty your lungs)
Do this exercise three times and increase the times you until you can reach a count of 12. This may take weeks to accomplish but, you will see and feel a difference.
You may also follow with Meditation or yoga, whatever your preference.
At the beginning yo may feel dizzy as you are circulating your body's energy and the blood is being purified and releasing toxins....
Warning: Do Not push the counts, slowing increase them with time...
Your heart beats will tell you how much you can tolerate.
Once you have mastered this when holding the breath count at the third eye you may want to decree for whatever it is that you want to manifest. An example of this can be that you only see perfection or you only hear perfection, etc.... or you now will assume perfection.or .even that your inner wisdom come to this plane of existence....

It takes a little time to load up but initially it will be black screen on the online version. IF your Java is not up to date then that would also be why.
Give it time to upload if it doesn't update your Java. You should then be able to see two screens and on those screens are flowers with a list of options for language and then it will go into the play list for both of them.
