Depending on your situation, you may want to set your intention more frequently than usual (morning, noon and night; or every hour) to make sure that you are in your heart, walking towards your goal, where you want to be, that you are going at your own speed. There may may a storm raging outside, but you are always in the eye of it, where it is calm and productive, where you are untouched by its harmful effects.
Because of the current energy, it will be easy to morph into a lemming and follow others off that cliff. So check in with yourself to ensure you are grounded, to see how you are feeling, and make any adjustments if necessary.
For instance, when you take note of how you are doing, if you sense that you are in your heart, that you feel "light" no matter what is going on around you, lock that feeling in. On the other hand, if you feel a strong heaviness in the pit of your stomach, meaning you have somehow gone into fear, now is the time to lighten yourself up.
It is vital to pause here and there, to do a self-check, for that the only way you can notice if you are doing A-OK, or if you are out of breath, out of balance, out of "gas" and need to recuperate, restabilize, recharge...
Test out your mood, as well as the mood of your environment - people and places. You are only doing so to assess where you are in opposition to everything else: Am I feeling OK? Is there anything I can do to elevate my mood or stay where I am? Am I going in the direction of my choosing? In a way, you are checking your pulse and comparing it to that of the collective.
When you march to your own drum, if there is too much noise around you, sometimes you have trouble hearing your own beat. If you have trouble hearing your own beat, you may change your pace based on the loudest noise.
And in case you have not yet noticed, it is getting mighty loud...
When you do a self checkup, if you noticed you sped up or slowed down, that is fine. Just fine-tune your ear to your personal drum and start walking to that beat again. Be proud of yourself for doing so. That is the only thing that matters. Knowing that you are able to refocus inwards, find your balance again, set your intention in times of turmoil.
Remember that is normal to get unsettled in times like these.
Now is not the time to work on the collective ("mass" healing or raising of consciousness) whether the mass is your family or your city. Doing so would only drain and deplete you. In a mass panic setting, anyone putting him or herself in front of the crowd trying to calm them down may risk getting trampled. Remember that in these types of settings, "group thinking" leads, and all forms of rational thought tend to leave the room, evaporate.
Now is a good time to simply be. There is enough going on without you embarking on something too new. Thinking about it is ok, making future plans is ok, but putting things into action may be best for another day. When things settle down and the anxiety subsides.
For example, on a very basic level, if you are a smoker, now is not necessarily the best time to stop smoking. There are enough things needing your attention or requiring constant adjustment on your part to start something totally radical or out of your comfort zone.
Look at what is on your plate, and see what you can take off.
You see, there is simply too much going on. There is too much anxiety and nervousness permeating the air. Any attemps to do antyhing on a large scale would be akin to lighting a candle to power a city during an outage.
This is an opportune time to be in self-preservation mode. Whatever you do, make sure you have enough energy to take care of your needs, your responsibilites and obligations first, and that you have plenty of time to recharge your batteries and connect with Gaia's everlasting power supply.
It may not appear so, but staying afloat in these electric times takes a lot more out of you than in peaceful or "everything is going great" times. In addition, staying centered and maintaining your own speed requires more effort. Hence the importance of checking in more regularly.
If you take care of yourself well, then it will be possible to help those around you who will be in need of support. Make sure you only give the help you can. Overextending yourself is a bad idea at this time.
Breathe. Check your connection to the Earth. Ground yourself. Smudge or clear yourself whenever you feel the need. Apply great self-care and self-love.
Others need to see individuals who are clear in their focus and intention, who have faith, who stay in their heart, who slow down to smell the roses and enjoy life when everybody else seems to be in a mad rush/panic.
You have no idea how being calm and centered can help those around you. Being in one's heart has a soothing effect on everybody, whether they actually notice it or not.
A lot of people are looking, searching for a glimmer of hope, for a sign that things can indeed change and be different, better. That they can feel safe again. By being focused on the higher good of all, by staying in your heart and fully grounded and by being your beautiful self, you will be the light they are looking for.
Now this is "invisible help". You may not even see/notice the people you are helping. After all, you are only helping yourself get through this. Being an invisible helper simply means that you are helping by being the best version of yourself.
Different people will get something different out of watching you beam your light, go with the flow, surrender, be grounded or centered. Some will observe you in silence, others may approach you and ask for guidance. Do what you can with love and compassion.
By making sure all your needs are met and that you can remain calm, objective, at peace in these challenging times, you are throwing invisible (to you) lines in the water.
However, those who need your light, who are looking for a different way of being/doing, who are searching for what you have to offer to the world, will see it glowing in the darkness that is surrounding them. And they will be forever thankful and grateful for your existence and courage. As you are.
Being you is a gift you are offering the world.
Always remember that as you take care of yourself.
This is all.
Much Light and Love to Everyone

[/i]. For this reason, it is more important than ever to take really good care of yourself - to make sure all your needs are met -, to pace yourself and to stay focused/grounded.
You have probably noticed that there is a lot of nervous/anxious energy floating around. In some places, it seems to be suffocating the air.
In this fevered climate, it is very easy to get swept away by the collective current, be it "speeding", forgetting your vision or your mission, going into fear or any other unproductive state of being or thinking
Depending on your situation, you may want to set your intention more frequently than usual (morning, noon and night; or every hour) to make sure that you are in your heart, walking towards your goal, where you want to be, that you are going at your own speed.
