This is simply a post on someone's blog... and it is so beautifully and simply put I wanted to pass it along.

was spending some quiet time... asking some questions... and i got this message. wanted to pass it along.

"this month is anchoring, once and for all, our new spiritual abilities so that the other areas in our life can finally move forward."

only when we understand that the spiritual is more important than anything else (career, finances, love relationships, etc.) will the other areas be allowed to move forward. when it is our first reaction and instinct to remain spiritually centered and in the now when stressful or potentially stressful situations arise, that's when the other "problem" areas in our lives can finally open their doors and invite us in.

we have been barred from entering certain doors in our lives because, had we been allowed to enter, we never would have taken this journey. had we had success in the areas where they have been lacking, our spirituality would have taken a back seat and never bloomed. this includes those of us who imagined what it was we were "trying" to do for a career was spiritual. a spiritual career is still a "career". it is not spirituality, itself. (ouch... typing that actually felt like a slap in my own face.) our lives would have been chaotic and never quite "right", and we never would have gotten past it because we would have been slaves to the things we imagined brought us happiness.

now that the spiritual is at the forefront in our minds in everything we do, say, and think, the areas of our lives that we have longed to achieve success in can finally bloom.

because the spiritual is at the forefront in our minds in everything we do, say, and think, we will each bring something entirely new into the areas we are currently lacking in. we will be public examples in each of these areas in our lives of the new way of doing things. role models of a new way of inhabiting this planet.

evangelizing with words is yesterday's news. ancient history's news. as long as we stay anchored in the "now moment", our every action will take on a new brilliance that will do more teaching than our words ever could.

we have to remember that when we started out on this path, we didn't know how to do this. think about all you have been through to get to this moment. all of the training that was required. remember to be gentle with yourself at all times. but also remember to be gentle with others. they have not received the training we have. not yet anyway.

when people ask questions of you, first anchor your mind in your spiritual center and answer from that place. the answers you give will be tailored on the spot, in the moment, for that specific person.

the reason i bring this up is to remind us that we have to remain open to the spontaneous. if someone asks you a question and you start quoting a Tolle book, for example, because that's how you came to understand it, your answer may go over the person's head. allow yourself to be anchored spiritually before you answer so that Spirit can shape your thoughts and your words in a way that will be understandable to the person with whom you are speaking.

simply put, you are a more effective person when you are in the "now moment". you are more effective to affect change in this world, for the betterment of all creation, when you are present in the "now moment" in everything you do, say, and think.

when we allow ourselves to think we "have it all figured out" we start dying. and the power of our presence in this world starts dying, as well.
