Dear Peoples of the Surface of the Earth:

I, Ashtar Sheran of the Galactic Federation of Light, have such love for YOU! I have such love for your beautiful Earth, for your delight in living, and for your current expression of what it means to be a human.

I want to remind you that there are other people, living within the Earth, who are currently expressing other ways of being human. They are living differently than how you live. It’s no more perfect than how you are, because they are no more expressions of the Divine than you are.

Please take the time to be compassionate with yourselves. You are perfect as you are! You are perfect just because you are! Yes, we are encouraging you to shift the way you interact with each other, with the Earth, with us, and with All That Is… but that is because we believe these changes will bring you greater joy. These changes will bring All That Is greater joy.

But please understand, if you can, that you have done no wrong. There is no punishment. There is no need to chastise yourselves, to seek to be other than what you are. What you are is perfect. If you seek a better life, greater happiness, or a more True experience of love, than please, do make the changes you feel necessary. We are grateful to help. But change because it is what you desire for yourselves and your children, not because someone else says you must.

The changes we demonstrate come from pure desire for greater love. That is all.

Treat yourselves with compassion as a flower knows it deserves sunlight, inherently. This could be the only change you make and you would still ascend, pop like popcorn into the 5th Dimension. If you don’t know how to feel compassion for yourself, if you are too hurt, too angry, too depressed, too stuck to give yourselves compassion, then ask for help. We will show you how. We will demonstrate compassion in our every interaction with you. We will unveil compassion in your hearts. We will help you peel back the layers of yourselves to reveal your core– You Are Compassion, expressed.

As my friends Mother Mary and Quan Yin like to remind us, Compassion is Love in Action.
