And so I invite you to let your breath flow and to feel the beauty when a group of people take time to look within, to listen within and to feel within. I invite you to feel how enjoyable it can be when you allow yourself to be completely with yourself while everyone around you also allows themselves to be completely with themselves. This way of being together that we share today is something that serves each one of us. You don’t have to sacrifice something for the others or carry something for the others or give up the closeness to yourself and slip into a group, a group consciousness instead.


A new togetherness

This community that we allow to arise is a togetherness between human beings that are each here for themselves. Each one of you is invited to be here for yourself. You are invited to inhale your love, to feel the home, the stillness, and the warmth within you. To no longer look to the external world to find: where is my safety and security? Where is a group that I can join, that I can adopt as part of my identity?

You are invited to feel: the old era of groups, of communities where you always had to sacrifice something, give up something – this time is now over. The new form of community means community with yourself first. Community with your soul, with your body, with your feeling, with your life, with your needs, with all that is enjoyable for you; community with all that you are. This community can be shared with other humans that place community with themselves first as well.

This morning I invite you to feel this new form of community. To feel: you are not alone in this oneness with yourself. There are other humans on this earth that are also on the path to oneness, that are also with themselves.

And all of these people have one thing in common: all of these people radiate a similar vibration, speak a similar language, express themselves in a similar way. And we’ve begun calling this similarity New Energy. It is a completely new energy, a completely new attitude for us on this earth. We are no longer like martyrs that sacrifice themselves for others. We are no longer like slaves that follow another’s will. We are invited to love ourselves, to respect and appreciate ourselves in each moment.

And maybe you would like to feel this community this morning; this community that doesn’t take anything from you. In a way it also doesn’t give you anything. It’s more that something arises between people who are with themselves. Where nobody takes anything and nobody gives up anything and nevertheless a field of consciousness, of purity, of strength and of healing arises. This field doesn’t belong to anybody and yet it belongs to all of us. It’s simply here. There isn’t anything that you have to do. It’s simply here.

And how beautiful is it that we allow ourselves to feel this community within the new energy not only with everybody who is listening to this webcast but with all those on this earth who are open for the new energy. We share this also with the ones that are about to awaken and about to open up.


Feeling the togetherness

Even though there are many differences between us in the external world, even though each one of us expresses themselves in a different way and chooses a different form to live the New there is something that connects us; something that we all have in common. And it doesn’t matter what the subject of the book is that we are writing, what technique we use; which kind of seminars we lead or which kind of support we prefer for ourselves. These are just the external forms of the many colors, the many variations in the game of life.

But today I invite you to not look at the differences but to feel what connects us all. We are all children of the soul; we are all children of the divine and each one of us is connected to this love; is part of this warmth, is part of the expression of the divine here on our earth. And the divine within me knows and understands and appreciates the divine within you. And the divine that expresses herself through me is in harmony with the divine that expresses herself through you. It’s almost as if we’re all sisters and brothers. Not like outer sisters and brothers that so often quarrel and aren’t always in harmony with one another. But inner soul sisters and brothers that come from the same divine source, that belong to the same divine source; to a vibration, a strength, a love and a healing. And it’s not our job to judge the external forms of the divine.

Yes, we have the option to split apart into many, many fragments and reject one another, ridicule one another, compete with one another. Each of us can claim: only I am right. My path is the only path. My technique, my beliefs, my idols are the only true ones. And that is how we separate from one another, we reject one another. We ignore the depth within ourselves that unites us. We ignore the love within ourselves that doesn’t only love us but also other people – that appreciates other people; other forms of expression that you might not like but it’s so good that they’re here. Just as in nature it’s so good that there are different plants, different animals and that each plant and each animal takes its place and speaks its voice. Each one contributes something important and each one gets something important in return. And all support one another.

And it’s not the old kind of support where you give up something that you actually need and give it to someone else; where you sacrifice your time, money and energy. But a new kind of support that is simply there as we begin to inhale the love within us and accept her again. And because we begin to arrive more completely within ourselves a level of peace and support arises that wasn’t possible before. It’s actually an indication of the New Energy, an indication of the new era. When human beings live in the New Energy peace arises and an understanding and a tolerance that was not known before; an awareness, an acceptance of each form that life takes, of each part of the whole.


Our path to earth

While we connect deeper with the New Energy that is awakening within us and that is awakening on our planet I invite you to take a little trip through time. I invite you to travel back to your origin. And I don’t mean the start of this lifetime but the source, the origin of your soul. The primordial time that you experienced even before the earth existed, even before matter – as you know it today – existed.

And if you like allow yourself to feel that this was also a time of oneness. There was only one consciousness, one vibration, one expression, one beingness. And within this beingness there was you and I but we were not separate from one another. You were not separate from me and I was not separate from you. It was something like You and I didn’t exist yet. It was as if the consciousness of life, of our life had been in a soft slumber. It was a state of dreaming, of a feeling dream that hadn’t found the external form yet; that didn’t walk the path to earth yet.

Nowadays you can connect to this time when you look up to the stars at night. When you perceive the stars you can perceive your past, the past of your soul. You can feel this layer, this formless, dreamy layer of innocence, of joy and curiosity that you once belonged to.

And I invite you today to breathe in this time and to feel it because this time, this quality still exists within you. It’s still there, deep within you; this layer of innocence, this layer of pure beingness still exists within you, within your core. Let’s watch together what happened then. Let’s watch how the beautiful dreams of this wonderful oneness that we once all belonged to suddenly took shape. From these dreams clearer dreams arose, movements. A dynamic, a movement, similar to the current in an ocean, a soft, a vibrant current.

There were many of these currents, even within yourself. There were different currents, different rhythms, different sounds and at some point this rhythm, this collective sound intensified more and more. And from all these sounds a new fabric was woven. A fabric made of energy, made of many single threads, single sounds, single rhythms became a whole. Just like the earth was born in the center of all of us. And she doesn’t belong to one; she belongs to all of us. She is a planet born from love; from the highest consciousness, from the highest devotion to life itself.

And this planet, this space, this layer of experience was formed and became more distinct and assumed a shape. And maybe you want to remember the time when you looked onto the earth from above. You were not a human being yet. There were no human beings yet. There were no animals yet. There was only this space, this wonderful, appealing space. And if you like let yourself perceive how you looked upon this earth like an angel from above, and how you started to connect to the vibration of this earth. There was something that invited you, saying: come little soul, come down here; let’s create an experience. Come, let’s live this dream, no longer just dream it. Let’s experience what it truly means, what it truly means to be alive on this planet.

Not only you but many, many souls felt this attraction and heeded this call to approach planet earth. So we let ourselves sink down a little bit. We let ourselves sink down into the oceans that we could glide through. We let ourselves sink down into the realm of the animals, into the realm of the plants. And this is the time; this is the era that we now refer to as Lemuria. This time of Lemuria was infinitely gentle. The physical and the soul were hard to distinguish. Matter was tender and permeable. You can imagine it like a dream where matter didn’t have a solid form yet but was like a wave, like a sound. And Lemuria was the first cycle of your soul, the first motion that your soul made towards earth, the first step towards being human as we know it today.

And this approach, this gentle approach of consciousness came from outside and descended to this level of earth, to this level of matter and experience. It was a involution, a movement downwards and sinking into this dimension that we now know as earth. And if you like allow yourself to perceive that this sinking became deeper and deeper. And in the beginning it was something beautiful that you enjoyed. And as time went by it also became something that you feared. For as it was still possible in the beginning to melt into the matter and leave it immediately there was now a force that held you in matter more and more. It was as if matter had its own pull, its own magnetism, a kind of hold that kept the aura, the soul and confined it within.

And so this involution continued and we take a further step in our travel through time and look at Atlantis, an era which we are very connected to right now as there is a vibration here on earth similar to the times of Atlantis.

And as you perceive Atlantis you will feel that our bodies, our human bodies emerged. We were no longer an assortment of plants and animals. The consciousness within us began to take shape, to assume a more suitable form. The human body developed. The human expression arose. But still our soul, the love within ourselves was very aware and very clear. And the human beings during this time still owned many, many gifts of their soul. They had the ability to see energies, to move matter using energy. They had the ability to travel from one place on earth to another. And they didn’t need as much food as we do today because they were still so close to their soul. A part of them was still so open and pure and connected to this innocence within.

And as I tell this story observe within yourself if you can remember this sinking down into matter that each human being experiences each time they are born and that your soul has experienced an infinite number of times over millions of years.


The time of forgetfulness

And there is something that I now want to look closer at with you. During this era of Atlantis we suddenly felt our connection to source, our connection to our soul, to our star self become weaker. It was a time of immense grief that caused great fear within you. Because where you had been open and connected to your true being before, you rapidly sank into forgetfulness. The energies were no longer quite clear as before. We lost the gifts of our soul and a great fear, a great desperation was spreading here on earth.

This is the time when our human self got the feeling that it had done something wrong; when the biggest trauma was created within our soul. This is the period from which the biblical stories of the expulsion from paradise originate. This is the period from which a deep feeling of guilt, a deep pain that is deeper than all the pain we have experienced during this lifetime comes from. It is a soul pain; it is the pain of losing something so endlessly beautiful that so much belongs to you.

It was a challenging time. And today it is like we are at the opposite end of a big scale and we are able to look back at this time and be compassionate with ourselves. For after the fall of Atlantis, after the fall of the radiance of our own soul, after the loss of our soul gifts, consciousness and humanity sank deep, deep down into darkness, into forgetfulness. You can imagine it as being like walking into a bottomless valley, deeper and deeper down into the darkness until we reach a place without any light; where human beings did horrific things, where wars were fought and destruction, hatred, violence and abuse arose. In this deep darkness things could happen on this earth that were not in accordance with divine will. Others could harm us and we could harm others – things that were not in accordance with god.

And when we reached the darkest point in this experience, the darkest point of this forsakenness; when human beings almost abandoned all hope of ever finding their way back to their true being; of ever awakening and feeling their soul again – at this point god, the divine power of love and life that each one of us carries within took pity on us. There was a great moment of compassion for humanity as if god felt our pain, our desperation, our plea for help.

And the divine sent a ray of light into our darkness. Just as if god sent something so pure, shining and loving to us, into our darkness. And this something, this act of love that god sent us came in different forms with different names and different voices. For each culture and each group of souls needed their own remembrance, their own light, their own path back home.

In our civilization it was Jeshua the Christ consciousness that entered our darkness and brought each one of us the memory of home, invited each one of us to return home, to awaken again; to remember that we are actually children of the divine living only temporarily here on this earth but in truth carry so much more within, so much light, so much soul, so much divinity.

In other cultures the love of god appeared differently. Buddha was a voice of the divine that reminded the people of that time of their way back home. There were many, many manifestations of the divine, many, many personifications of the divine that came here to earth in each era, over and over again. Like a falling star that illuminates the night sky just for us. It’s the love of the divine that wanted to touch our hearts and remind us that a new inner movement emerges within us.


The new inner movement

And the new inner movement that emerges within us is our own consciousness; a love that isn’t descending from the stars this time and sinking into the darkness but awakening within the darkness and beginning to ascend again. This is the reason that this awakening is often called ascension and that we describe it as a rise in vibration.

You can Imagine it as human consciousness sank so far into its own valley that it eventually arrived at the deepest point and then slowly, slowly began to come up and out on the other side.

The time of Jeshua was when we met our own deepest darkness and then the light within ourselves struggled for more hold, struggled to prevail more and more so that our values, our understanding of brotherhood and love were allowed to return. But still there was a lot of darkness.

And during the last 50 years consciousness has risen beyond a certain point so that now we can look across and find ourselves on the same level as shortly before the fall of Atlantis. If we recall the level of our consciousness in Atlantis before we lost the qualities of our soul – we will see that we stand on the other side today. We are now accepting the qualities of our soul again. We are now accepting a higher vibration; awakening more, feeling more, opening more for who we truly are.

This particular moment in the evolution of our soul awakens memories within us for the vibration of Atlantis was similar to what we perceive today. And in that time of Atlantis this vibration was a harbinger of mass destruction and tremendous suffering. And so, as we stand on the threshold of our awakening, of our blossoming, of radiating the love we truly are – it triggers a memory in our soul. Something within us remembers the vibration, remembers the pain that we had to experience then.

You might have had several dreams lately that are very dark with many feelings arising from within you about destruction, oppression, slavery and abuse that are accompanied with such deep pain that you might not even be able to relate because it seems so huge. It’s as if we are passing through this place once again. We are at the same threshold that we once crossed in order to sink down into the darkness. Although this time we have come up from the other side. We walk from the inside to the outside, from the bottom to the top; from the darkness into the light of our consciousness.

The prophecies that Jeshua left for us are now coming true; all the prophecies that talk about the return of the Christ consciousness, the one consciousness to this earth. They talk about the return of peace to this earth. And that we can accept the qualities and the gifts of our soul again.


Healing our past

If you like allow yourself to feel the particular level that human consciousness has reached right now. And the two years 2011 and 2012 mark the crossing of this threshold. It’s a big gate that opens for each of us and that opens within. We may reconnect to our soul. We may embrace and accept the qualities and the gifts of our soul again. And the deep pain that was caused by descending into the darkness may finally, finally heal.

It’s not only ascension, not only the acceptance of a new consciousness we can experience but also the healing of our past; not only the healing of this lifetime, but also the healing of our soul path, our soul journey. We are currently leaving an era of huge darkness, an era of huge destruction. And there were moments within this darkness when we didn’t believe anymore that some day we would move upwards again.

So this is a unique time that we are experiencing, a miracle is happening within us and around us. It’s the blossoming of an ancient promise, a promise that god, the loving divine gave us; that he/she will never leave us alone; that he/she will always return and show him/herself to us in a new way over and over again.

Maybe we can meet this time of darkness today with a bit more understanding and a bit more love. Maybe we can let these old wounds heal, the fear and trauma that we once experienced. And maybe we can cross this threshold into a new era together, hand in hand. We are now in the process of the evolution of our soul where from the core of our inner being the consciousness of humanity unfolds. It isn’t anything that we have to guard and protect; anything that we have to fight and suffer for anymore. But it is something that is going to be born within all humans; we cannot go back for we have passed through the deepest darkness.

On your soul’s journey you experienced moments of absolute darkness and you endured it and now you are being shown that you will come up on the other side. And with this ascension, with this process of evolution we release our fear of darkness; we release our denial and resistance to who we truly are.

Maybe we will fulfill in all of our many lifetimes what Jeshua showed us in one. In his one life Jeshua sank down into the deepest darkness, the deepest violence, the deepest destruction that was present on earth during that time. But he didn’t remain there but went on step by step until he rose up on the other side of night.

In a way he showed us what we as souls will experience through many, many lifetimes. He encouraged us and invited us to meet our darkness lovingly and to feel that it cannot destroy us, that it cannot take anything from us. But that the darkness can only help us to experience that we are eternal; that the essence of our soul cannot die, cannot get lost - but lives over and over again expressing herself anew - infinitely.


Let yourself open for your awakening

It is an amazing time in the consciousness of humanity and an amazing time in the evolution of your own soul. And maybe you’ve gained a small insight into your current experiences by the little journey that we shared this morning. We are all very much linked to everything that our soul has ever experienced and with everything that human consciousness has ever experienced. And so it is not only this life but everything that we are that wants to awaken.

This process of awakening, this particular time of the years 2011 and 2012 can sometimes be a bit challenging for you because it is such an intensive inner change, such an intensive inner healing that takes place. It’s no longer only about mastering this life but in a way you are mastering all your lives. Everything that you are may awaken. Everything that you are may heal and may experience the blossoming of the new consciousness.

And it is of particular importance that you take time each day for the evolution of your soul; that you let your breath flow and allow yourself time and space so that the energies can flow. It’s not sufficient to care only for your external life. More than ever before your inner being needs time; time in order to heal the old shadows of the past, time to experience the blossoming of your soul and become a part of this new consciousness that was predicted - that the earth is waiting for, that she is looking forward to.

So we invite you to feel the steps of your soul lovingly and tenderly within you and to let yourself open for your awakening more than ever before. There will be times when it will be challenging. There will be times when so much darkness surfaces that it reminds you of what you already experienced; reminds you of the destruction that has taken place over and over again on this earth.

And we invite you to look ahead and to know that what you are feeling and what appears in the external world is only an echo of the destruction, the integration, and the healing of what once was wounded. The past won’t reoccur. The time of the descent to earth is over. And the time of ascension, of evolution, of the awakening of your own consciousness from your depths has already begun.

And so now we invite you to meet the new era with joy and openness, to be loving with yourself and celebrate that you may participate in the awakening of humanity, in the awakening of your own soul.
