I've just finished reading ''The Power of Now '' by Eckhart Toille.

It's been a real eye opener for me on how I have been in the past and where I am now.

It differentiates between the 'egoic mind' and sense of 'being'.

I found it truly enlightening to my conscious state and when I fall back into unconscious, and learning to see the difference.

A truly good read for anyone on the spiritual path
