She speaks about the chi-sucking, the ascended masters who will be leaving.

I wish I had more information to offer you. I think arming ourselves with all of the knowledge that we can is the best way to completely free ourselves, because knowledge truly is power (and light!). I guess it will come as we are ready for it. Do you have any ideas Ed?

Well my thoughts at this time is to love everything and to respect everything for what it is. But at the same time not letting yourself be subject to conditions that doesn't keep you in your integrity and personal space. It's about allowing , accepting but not being pushed around and taken advantage of, abused, manipulated and so forth. A loving and accepting in their totatlity of beingness but also one who draws the lines lovingly and says enough is enough and releases the situation with love and integrity.
That's the only thing I can think of at this time that would not continue the vicious repeating cycle of tit-for-tat and keeps that repeating cycle to happen and hence trapped with-in the situation.
