I am now as of today the proud owner of my condo called the "gateway" house! I am very excited. The closing went smoothly!
I will hopefully be moving next week. Not sure yet, but those are the plans.[/glow]

WQ, As a matter of fact, I chose this place because it faces North and of the name of the condo which is Gateway...as I am a gate guard it only made sense that I was led here to help anchor the grid. ;D The best part is that it's on a 8th floor...linfinity...  |

Guys,
Thank you all for your support! ;D
Just wanted to let you guys know that I will be off for the day, and in the evenings during the week. Will keep in touch with you all during the day from work.
I am moving the small stuff slowing with grandma's help...she's 85 years old and she has been a great help to me.
Hopefully when all the new home owners get their stuff together we can share a pic or 2 from the new home.
The best thing that I like about my new gateway house, is the view. it is breath taking!

the house was facing NORTH? did you use a compass to read the direction which the house was facing?

Went I was searching for the home I told the realtor that this was the one of the requirements for buying.
Also on the web at Realtors.com they tell you what direction the property faces which makes it easier.
I do like the east, but the heat from the sun is too much and the electric bills are higher verses a north direction.
The north doesn't give you direct light .
