Hey All! Just thought I'd mention that I'll be gone for the weekend, to the LEAF (Lake Eden Arts Festival) in Asheville, NC with some roommates. I've never been, so I hope I have fun!  I'm due for a short vacation, anyway. See you Monday or so... Love, Sowelu |

The festival was held in a children's summer camp site, with a lake and water rides and beautiful mountain surroundings... just lovely. While Asheville and Black Mountain are just beautiful, and the festival was lively, fun and filled with lots of wonderful art and great music... I was terribly pained and ill, and still am. So, I didn't exactly enjoy it as much as I'd hoped.  This eclipse and full moon has been a bit rough on me, I must say. Thanks for asking, though! It sure looked like lots of people had a great time. *heehee* |

Dear Sowelu: The last 3 days were tough on me also. I thought it was what I ate and drank..major digestive problems, headaches, ear pain and pains...strangely enough my legs are doing well now..it is so weird...one more channel to clear...? I hope you are doing better..I know they say to fast when we go through these energy changes...but I have never been successful at that..lol. Much Love to you... Spirit |
