MY HOUSE SOLD AND CLOSED, FINALLY!!!

Greetings to all!

MY HOUSE FINALLY SOLD TODAY AND IT CLOSED AND THE MONEY IS IN THE BANK!!!

At least the money that is left after paying off every Tom, Dick and Harry far and wide...but, after an agonizing 6 months of waiting, worrying and carrying it, it's gone along with that big chunk of my life called Asheville. And I am overjoyed.

I have a copy of the final listing flier here that was the one with the reduced priced on it that finally got the attention of the new owner. I will be burning it in symbolic effigy to represent the mortgage burning that I never got to do. Instead it was paid off and I can now move on.

The great initiation is nearly complete!

AND MY LIFE IN 3D AND 4D WILL BE CLOSED TONIGHT AFTER THE CEREMONY OF INITIATION INTO THE STARS IS COMPLETE. MORE ON THAT TO COME...

LOL MIrRa! thanks. You know what? I messed around with trying to sell it myself, trying to sell it with a discount broker, yada yada all in an attempt to pay realtor fees. In the end I sold with a realtor, a friend of mine, paid the fees and probably an additional $10,000 at least in carrying charges because I was stupid and didn't want to pay the fees. Lesson be learned! The mule has spoken.
