He he you are funny, guys. Destra's right, Ed, you look fantastic. Must be the oreos and peanut butter cups in your diet with a dash of shine to your hair.

Ok here is the secret, but I feel that the secret may be different for each of you. But I shall give you the run down. I started eating organic foods and staying away from processed foods(as much as possible). I eventually got away from breeds and ground beef and meats of that sort. I also stopped eating eggs for the most part too. But there has been alot of transition time so to speak. It seemed that I have been weening off the foods and as I have been guided I have been gearing more towards fish and shrimp, and fruits and now I am just eating Fruits/veggies and potatoes. Although I haven't been able to eat organic for the past 3-4 months. I am guided to get back on it very soon again and I shall have the money to do that soon. I think I posted my diet a few months back , I think it was on Destra's board but now I am eating Breakfast: Oatmeal Lunch: Fruit and or vegtables one or two helpings. Dinner Shrimp on occassion, but mostly fruit/veggies and the baked potatoe. I stopped eating after 9pm and working my way down to stop eating after 7 pm but I do snack with a fruit now and then. And oh yeah, regarding those Oreo's. Yeah I know how that goes. That was a pain in the you know what, lol But I have been off of them for sometime(not eating them regularly but on occassion I do splurge every now and then. But that too like my diet has been slowly weening off them and I do mean slowly, . But now I had them the other day and Its to a point that it was good eating but it has such a distasteful aftertaste that I don't think I'll be having them too much on occassion any more at that. So it looks like the oreo's are on their way out. Well I hope this helps a bit. Key things to remember is to look for your inner guidence and your body will speak up and tell you what it wants as well. Go from there and oh yeah, I have to also include I did a bit of walking and running, I haven't done some in while but start walking and getting some cardiovascular in. Ok I think that's it for now I want to thank you all for your wonderful praise and love thank you so, so , so very much. Peace, Love and Enlightenment, Ed

Hi Ed, All, I have to join in. You do look great Ed! I've been on a mostly natural diet for some years now. I find the regular foods that I found so yummy before going to a natural diet, just don't taste good like you and oreos. Ahhh oreos, used to be a favorite of mine too. Soda is totally bleh anymore and I used to be a sodeehaulic.
You know I have read and heard on radio shows from natural practitioners that the reason men have trouble with the spare tire thing around their gut is caused from estrogen dominance. Yes men do have estrogen just not in the same capacity as women. Anyway they all recommend and diet for 1-3 months free of wheat and dairy for men to loose the spare tire. Just a little FYI ;D
