I woke up crying today - releasing... I did a big meditation last night to heal my inner infant, and to release any pain or fear associated with my birth experience, and today i'm just weepy, but this thread has really made me feel valued. Thank you all.

D'est RA,
I don't know why, but when it's out birthday we seem to be sooo sensitive. I think it's the souls memories of that remembrance of entering this plane to accomplish our mission and the inner feeling of wanting to go home...maybe ...cause I get emotional around my natal date as well. I think I read something like it's like 30 days before and after that our energy is high.
