Penndragon, always! Was it a nice day for you yesterday? Did you do something to celebrate it? I hope so! I ate a waffle in your honor, and I'm supposed to be on a diet. *grin*

Good for you, Liza! I hope it was good. I love waffles!
MirRa, thank you so much for the B day greeting. I love Garfield too!
I have had the best birthday I've had in a long time. Life is very good right now. I think it's because I'm connected to all of you. ;D

Good for you, Liza! I hope it was good. I love waffles! MirRa, thank you so much for the B day greeting. I love Garfield too! I have had the best birthday I've had in a long time. Life is very good right now. I think it's because I'm connected to all of you. ;D I'm glad you feel that way.. I've always felt that you had a good heart as well as having integrity. Sometimes it is hard to have both at once, eh? Dont worry - you radiate good vibes to me It was good! If you have a waffle iron and enjoy homemade stuff, you might enjoy this recipe: 2 DL (0.85 cup US) milk powder - you can use nonfat 4 DL (1.7 cup US) flour - you can subsitute with whole wheat 3 tablespoon sugar - you can use Splenda or fructose 1/2 teaspoon cardamom (can find from a spice rack) or vanilla sugar - cardamom is very potent to the taste buds if used too much so be careful Ever ate very dry minty bread? That's what you get if you use too much cardo. Hehe 5 DL (2 cup US) water 2 eggs 50 g melted butter (0.2 cup US or 3.5 tablespoons US) Mix all indredigents well. Butter up the iron, and you can start making waffles. You might enjoy them with some cream and fruits on top when they're ready. Perhaps jam. It would work with butter and sugar, too. You can enjoy this with a nice cup of coffee. Invite a couple of friends or family members over. I wish I could come with a set of pads and pens!
