Do you believe that you're now in 4D? Many seers and prophets are telling us that humankind has already moved to 5D and beyond! What happened? Many things look the same, but they sure don't feel that way. What's happening to us and to our planet, and why?

This Workshop moves us through the idea of "Hip Hopping in 4D," and offers a strong emphasis on what we do with those "far out" energies once we have accessed them. In some cases, we are told we must BRING THEM HERE, to 3D.....while, in other cases, we are told to take HERE to whatever THERE awaits us, for purposes of Communion and Planetary Expansion.

The Recons have told us a bit about these processes in several transmissions. One of them clearly states:

"Ascension is not just about bunches of people going up. Humankind is also in the process of bringing Heaven down to Earth as well. Many universes there are, and many ways in which this intent is playing itself out. It's just as easy to lower the ceiling as it is to raise the floor. But why would you want to do this? Primarily, it is because most of the best things are happening down here on the floor! The celestial realms are limited, even though they are vast. A person can be just as blinded by too much LIGHT as he can by too much DARK. This is why physicality was invented, and why your collective evolution is so important to so many different life forms at this point in history.

The Physical Dimensions are becoming a primary meeting place for the Celestial and the Internal Realms, also known as the Underworld. There are "meeting rooms" here where Inter-Dimensional Delegates can share their intrinsic worth with each other, without losing the purity of who and what they are. The Archetypes who administrate the absolute levels of those realms will never actually meet, except through each of YOU. Your individual and mass consciousness is becoming a cauldron, into which is being poured all the best and most dynamic elements of Light and Dark, Form and Void, God and Goddess.

Going UP in vibration, you have access to Logic (Logos)---the Realm of Pure Idea. Moving DOWN the scale will bring you into Realms of Pure Emotion and Passion (Pathos). In Oneness, neither supersedes or dominates the other. A Guardian Spirit guarantees this. At present, your planet is moving rapidly towards what is called "The Edge of Here and Now" which is neither up nor down, but a point between. From this point, your various Delegations will have access to everything, and be limited to nothing."

This one-day experience will be an infusion, for some, involving the New Energies of the Three-Fold Opening that came upon the Earth on September 20, 2005--opening Star Gates in Glastonbury, England, Giza Plateau and Easter Island. We will begin our journey in meditation--connecting with all three Crystal Cities assisting us in this work: Chehala (in the Olympic Mountains, Washington State), Avalon (in Glastonbury), and Michaela (at Mont St. Michel in Brittany).

All participants will have the opportunity to be anointed with the traditional "Wholly Water" that we mixed from the Chalice Well, in Glastonbury....which contains remnants of home waters from the many countries of those who attended this year's Conclave, as well as last year's event at Chehala.

All Reconnections Events are committed to following Spirit in the flow of the day. Each Workshop has visualized goals of focus, though each participant (and the group) co-creates that focus, moment-by-moment, including The Guides who come to be with us. Some concepts which seem up for consideration this day are:

• What are the "New Energies?" What do they contain? What do they require of us?
  
  
• What are the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical ramifications of becoming "infused?"
  
  
• How do the New Energies affect my image of myself, my relationships to others, and my own life's work?
  
  
• What are practical ways that I can assist myself with the process of integration and balance?
  
  
• The Celebration of Breath. Rebirthing/Conscious Breathwork. A Technology for Today!

This Workshop will include group processes, exercises, toning, a live channeling from The Reconnections, and a Group Rebirthing during the last 2 hours of the day. Participation is not mandatory, but those who choose to join in should bring a mat, a pillow, a blanket, and whatever else they feel they need to be comfortable while lying on the floor for about an hour.

We will begin promptly at 10am, take regular breaks and lunch, but we truly desire to stay with each other throughout this six hour process. Please bring a sack lunch, so that we will not break connection with the energies that arise, and those coming in to work with us.
