After I had the car accident I was thinking about the event and if I would have fOLLOWED MY HEART I MAY HAVE AVOIDED It. I ALSO THEN THOUGHT THAT I needed to release some negative or anger thru the impact. According to the teachings by Bridge of Freedom they say that all energy with us have to be balanced. Be them positive or negative, balance is the key to having a stable life experience and we /I still need to learn how to master this. I have been under a lot of stress and have even been angry, especially when I was buying the condo. If I released this negative energy thru this impact then I am glad it happened and gotten over with. If there was a lesson in all this for me as to learn and accept my instincts, then i guess I screwed up cause I didn't listen.  About learning how to master our energies, well I have whiles to go as in the every day living there always seems to come behind the shadow something to alter us and test us. I was really dissapointed that with all that I have been thru I couldn't master this, thou I kept my cool but inside there were many emotions stirring out of control . How to learn to follow the heart or mind under what circunstances do we apply one or the other? |

Mir-RA, it sounds as if you are blaming yourself for having a lack of integrity or some kind of personal failure. I personally don't think that is necessary, because all is appriopiate from a place of no judgment- IMO. You're always supported in your process, wherever it may take you-- never mind any disappointment you may cause yourself and others. Cos in this language, you'll never disappoint Spirit. Ever. We all know this in our hearts, even if some of our minds might not follow or be a bit slow on the take. MUAH!  |

Yeah MirRA, don't blame yourself. But it is lack of integrity with your Self ya know! I know because I DO THE SAME EXACT THING! LOL I hear my IC speaking to me, then I do something else, then I pay bigtime for it. For instance, I was getting my eyebrows waxed and felt the woman go into a spot I didn't want plucked. I KNEW this, but then I said to myself, well, she's the expert let her do it. Then guess what? I was so unhappy with what was done! But the hair was gone, and worse I knew I should have spoken up! So of course I kicked myself about it. Which isn't good either, but the experience helped to cement into my stubborn brain to listen to myself! LOL
And what you got out of your experience is a really good lesson too MirRA! I totally agree about it being the opportunity for you to let go of some stuff you were holding. Sometimes when we refuse to do it the universe does it for us. I guess we can just hope it's not too painful when it happens that way!

Nicole, & all, Thanks for the support and your comments have really helped me understand that I am doing exactly what I have to do to learn the lessons that need to be learned. Yesterday I was at grandma's house putting up some curtains and pictures for here and on TV there was this man giving a speech on source. I think the name of the program is Creating Intentions, not to sure, but he spoke what and how to become Good which is to be with God ( Source). He spoke of how when we say I can't, I don't, There's a problem, we strangle or create a wall which results in depression, fear, doubt, etc... But, what really caught my attention as I was doing my chores was when he mentioned the "EGO" and how every time we get upset it is the EGO getting getting upset and how we go about mastering the EGO instead of it mastering and leading us..anyway's I get a glimpse of what he was saying and then wanted to know how much his course would cost. The cost of the course is $360.00 Hahahahaha! I walked away from the front of the TV and just thought, darn it, for that kind of money I have EGO with me until "I" can master it on my own...With that kind of money I know that with the hole left in the pocket EGO will be no where to be seen!  LOL! I wanted to mention this cause every time we get Triggered it is EGO who reacts with anger , becoming defensive, etc/ What do you guys thinks? Is it worth it 360 to master EGO? ;D |

[glow=red,2,300]Yes, it was Dr. Wayne Dyer's Power of Intention on PBS. It came exactly at the right time, as I had asked yesterday morning for a sign. From the first part I saw, the first main message was that we create our reality with our thoughts, hence the power to create what we want by intention. The second message was that once we connect to the Source (God within), we remove obstacles that prevent us from doing what we want. Source provides us with everything we need to support us. What has disconnected us from Source and its support is the thinking that we are separate from it. Another message was that all creation is perfection, either in itself or in how it inspires others to act. I taped the last 2/3 of the program as I didn't have time to watch it all. I will post again with the remaining highlights once I watch the rest of the tape.

[glow=red,2,300]I forgot to mention, in regards to the product pricing, the show was on PBS as a fundraiser. The book, cd's, dvd's, etc. were being offered as variously-priced gift packages corresponding to donations to PBS (hence the $360) . Dr. Dyer said the book The Power of Intention came "through" him which I took to mean channelled. I too become wary when people charge a lot of money for spiritually oriented services, but I believe he was doing this to support PBS, and they usually give gifts like this when they fundraise.[/glow]

Your emotional clearning thread made me think of something I have been doing, which I thought I'd share as it seems relevant. I found that as I learned about ascension and manifestation, I would try and emulate what was being told. For example, I learned I needed to raise my vibrations from fear and anger into love and acceptance of all things (including myself). The more I felt I HAD to do this, the more I actually ignored what I was truly feeling. For example, I would frequently say to myself and others, "I don't to be feeling X or I don't want to be feeling Y". This eventually alerted me to the fact that I WAS feeling X and Y, and was simply trying to cover it up with the higher vibration emotions. I think (for me anyway) that when the message is that we HAVE to do something in order to get to a desired place, this creates a pressure as well as an anxiety surrounding emotions that are 'not supposed' to be there. So, if I feel fear, which I'm experiencing a lot lately, I become afraid that I'm feeling fear because it's a low vibration and this will block my ascension. Does this make any sense? I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's hard to be honest with oneself about what emotions one is truly experiencing when there's so much pressure to get it right and exist in a different in a time/space than where we're existing now.

I think it's worth it if YOU think it's worth it!
There are some things that I think "I'd like to take that class" or whatever. Other things I think "Well, I can do that myself and don't need to pay anyone for it." So how do you feel about it? How do you feel regardless of what others around you might think?

I for on have a problem and it's that I expect the most of myself to give, I feel at times that I AM here to make a difference and that I am powerless in achieving this for all the obstacles created from fear . Eachstep we take towards ascension or transformation brings on new challenges and deep core issues to face and transmute, it is getting the inner direction AND LISTENING TO IT, taking action which keeps us lingering on the same lessons and issues. On the way to work todat I saw a quote in front of a building that said "when one masters fear therby masters life" That got me thinking about my inner fears , and now this thread brings it up, I guess there is a copnfirmation that we create the walls that prevent us from moving forward as fear sofficates our potential to be Gods/Goddess. Nicole; I have spent alot of money in the past in literature, I can't put the price on other work and if I could afford it, I would by it...maybe I can get the info for free?  [/glow] |

*whistles*... sounds like when I splurged quite a bit on a certain workshop plus airfare. While things didnt go the way I quite expected them to, I learned a great deal. It'll be all good either way Mir-RA, whatever you decide to do! Are there similiar teachings and sessions that could be perused for free online? Or maybe even this person you are considering about taking sessions from has an online forum where there are folks who already went and are sharing their education there?
