This is plagerism (sp) isn't it? Am I judging?

I ran across a site once where they had basically plagerised Jelaila. I recognizedd the material right off. I didn't recognize this b/c I guess I never read this particular article. Although I can't say for sure b/c I'm not her and can't speak for her, I would have a hard time believing J copied someone else. I say that b/c I know her pretty well, so I assume it's this guy. Good to get the message out but going about it the wrong way Love! Nicole

Definetly this is Jelailas work! Big Ben, did you alert her of this? Cause she wrote the following in their guest book!!! ________________ June 10th 2004 01:52:46 AM What is your name? Jelaila Starr How did you find this Web Site? a good friend told me about it. Where are you from? Earth/Nibiru Do you have any comments? It appears you have used one of my articles rewriting bits here and there while removing all references to myself, Devin and the Nibiruan Council. How spiritual is that? www.nibiruancouncil.com/html/buildingyourarkarticle.html

Yup! Some body let her know just what others are doing with her work and they want to take the credit, the nerve! Now how creative is that, at least put her on the credits like one is supposde to do. You know, you can sue people for this!

Yes,
I sent her an e-mail. I think all of the articles on that page of articles were plaigerized(sp), but only the one from J. I did a search on the 'titles' of some of the articles, and somewhat random bits of text from the body, and found that someone else had published an article that was similar, but with names, places and the like.
regardless, it's not likely that this dude gets much in the way of lasting clientelle, as he must not hold his own words to have much merit.

Hi! I went back to check the guest book and saw that the owner removed J's comment. He still does have the articles, he removed the Multidimensional Ark article from the list.

That's good he removed it. Maybe he will stop doing this since he got caught.

What's so crazy about this is most people will give permission for their work to be used elsewhere as long as the copyright is honored and the credits are included.
What the heck difference does it make if you want to make a point and share an idea whether it's yours or someone elses as long as the intent is there to share the idea!
I would be insance if I ever found out that my work had been stolen and I bet J was too. She is also a MUCH better writer than he is a cheat.
