Dear Family:
For the last 2 days...I have been feeling the incoming energies...all on my l side...pain, pain, pain...lol. When will this end? I can hardly function..I have interviews this week...just hard to get motivated.

Me too! I have been in the low mode, not even being able to get on the pc. I am in pain, pain, pain, as well. My whole back and lower back has been urting me, feels like it's about to go down. I also feel emotionally weird, and nausea is big time today! I have also been getting headaches in the front lobe.
Huh...man the body feels like it's geing in the mummification state.

Its enough to drive you crazy...lol..it comes and goes..and you can't figure out where it is coming from. I'm going to practice this 5D breathing..:-)

Hi All
Well it is so nice to know that I am not the only one suffering pain, pain, pain.
On September 29 my upper back pain finally knocked me over - completely. I had to leave work (barely drove the 6 miles home) and have been flat on my back every since.
I never felt pain like this before, not even with childbirth. At least in childbirth the contractions come and go but this thing in my back was constant for about 24 hours straight until I finally went to the emergency room where I got two (not ONE - TWO) shots of Toradol.
The pain is not so bad anymore but is still there. It goes away when I lay down.
I think maybe my body didnt want to be at the job anymore. I was only there for six and half weeks but the negative energy in the building and radiating from co-workers was incredible. And I am soooooo sensitive to energy!!
So anyway I have another doctor's statement for this week (more rest). I am also going to undergo some more tests to figure out what is going on with my neck and back because the xrays showed some abnormalities.
I want to especially than Lun for her distant healing a few weeks back when the pain first started - the reiki really helped!!!! ((((((((LUN))))))))))
And thank you to all of you who sent me kind thoughts and advice and energy.
I too believe that most of my pain is coming from the surge of energy we are going through. Plus my body does not want to be at that job where a lot of people don't like me and are jealous for no reason.
I am seriously thinking of quitting that job.
I will take a nap for all of you who can't......LOL

Yes, the lower back pain is from the incoming energy.
Cante, I am glad the Reiki helped. I never know if it did or not. I know I send and it is suppose to get there and do it's job.
Reiki doesn't need to be told what to do it knows where to go.
I am feeling fine except for maybe a slight twinge of pain in the lower back now and then.
But I give myself Reiki every night. And I also take cell salts. It helps ascension symptoms.

Saturday morning I woke up so dizzy that the bathroom floor spun and my stomach felt so weird and I was nauseaus. As long as I just sat I was fine, but walking was a whole different story. I had no problem keeping food down, that was good. As the day wore on it got better and by mid afternoon I could go for a walk again. Next day I woke up like nothing ever happened.
My intuition is, that I was adjusting to new energies. I am relieved to hear that I am not alone.

I never thought about salt baths, thanks for sharing this. I now recall back then when they came out with the solutions to integrating the new energies, salt was on the top of the list.
Thanks, I am also feeling nauseaus, to the point that all I am taking are liquids.
Solid foods are making feel sick lately., just taking plain liquids which make me feel lighter.

I suggest you always get a second opinion as many of these symptoms are related to ascension and some doctors tend to find something wrong in us even thou everything is ok,
When my back gave in and I was in the paralyzed mode, the doctor didn't find anything wrong with me...and now I have gone three times to the doctor for the pain in the back and even in the solar area, they did every thing, scans, test, etc...and nothing comes up. Everything is normal...today I feel like I am in labor pains....giving birth to a new me? LOL!

Dear Cante: I just wanted to mention that it can be worse...I guess. I have been trying to find a job, and I know its important to do something you believe in..as we are so sensitive to energies right now! I had a job to give flu shots for a short period of time..and it was taken away before i even started.. I am sure you heard it on the news about Chiron being suspended. I don't even believe in flu shots..it was just to get me back on my feet..I think the Universe intervened. Anyway...was doing ok till Sat..when these energies knocked me off my feet...I am ok when i go to bed..its when i wake up in the am..that they are strongest! So..I was suppossed to go to a Career Fair today..and I am really struggling with it, as I am a nurse..and don't want to be anymore..but it is all I know. The profession is so abusive...and nurses are not nice to each other anymore. They don't support each other. Anyway, the point I was trying to make is really take a look at that job..and how it is affecting you. Sometimes it is really hard to do when we have to pay the bills...and for me getting older is also a consideration, as you are discriminated against, even if they don't say so. I am 56 now...lol and still struggling with this leg pain that comes and goes..I wish this ascension thing would get on its way! Much Love and Support, Spirit  |

Why is it that everyone is not experiencing this.? Everyone around me seems to be fine..no pain..which makes me think I am crazy..till I talk to you guys...

I am wondering the same thing as my partner is just fine.
Could it be that those that are ascending are getting it first? They have to be done.
And it is (CELL SALTS) guys.
Homeopathic cell salts. it comes in a bottle. Thr pills are small and melt under your tongue. Get the kind with all 12 salts.
This is recommended for ascension. You take six of them three or four a day.
;D Although salt (BATHS) are recommemded too.
