[glow=red,2,300]Guys, All the symptoms you all described are happening to me! I even feel this pain in my whole back and chest, like I gases floating around. Since my kidney issue I have a strick diet and mostly only eat salads, most of the time anyways. Tonight I have not been able to sleep, I woke up at 3:43 Am and here I am all alone on the baord. My shoulders hurt, and I feel like I am in the twight light zone. I had a cup of decaf- coffee with cream, a cigarrette, and feeling a bit better, grounded.. Man whatever it is, is coming in strong! I sat out side to smoke and was looking at the moon ( now that you mention the blue moon) and got the shivers... The shivers sort of come and go... Al said to go to the Doctor cause that's not normal, to feel strange. LOL! Well, it's 5:07 Am, let me see if I can at least 1/2 hours sleep.[/glow]

Well I can't seem to sleep either. Have a pain maybe about where the back of my heart chakra is. Have been feeling like I'm releasing, emotional ya know? Tonights the full moon. Didn't notice the shivers until now. Ra hope you got that 1/2 hour. Something sure is going on.....

Well we all certainly are connected in some ways, cuz I got the same symptoms tonight and am here too. LOL! Only I took to reading some on David Wilcock's site cuz the Ra channeling energy is soothing to me. I had an interesting encounter with the moon too, MirRA. When I first went out for a smoke, it was as if the clouds here parted so I could get a good look at the moon. Twice I had to remind myself it WAS the moon because it caught light so strongly it was like looking at the sun. There were two times when it seemed the light glow spiked or sparked. Very cool. Then, after about a minute or so, thin wispy clouds (that looked dark in such a light sky, which has always perplexed me, but I think I get it - the clouds covering up the moon would look dark to me because my side of them IS the darker side... errr... or something like that) started to move to cover over the moon, and within another minute or so it was gone behind thicker ones too. But then? It was the strangest feeling - as if I was looking at a still photograph of the sky. Extremely noticeable, standing out as uncharacteristic of our sky... nothing moved up there. Not a single cloud had any movement at all, for quite a while. And this is RIGHT after having watched swift cloud movement to first create an opening where the moon became visible, and then swiftly move to create coverage so the moon disappeared. And then... complete stillness. WEIRD! There was a particular configuration of clouds with a light section in them, and a huge mountainous dark region... and it didn't change for the looongest time! As I looked at it, I had this sense... that it was somehow deliberate, somehow just for me... odd as that may sound. By the time I finished my cigarette, the clouds still hadn't moved or changed, and I went in. I have the back of the heart chakra ache/pain too, shoulders, etc. My head has felt "full" but not sinusy, just full of energy, pretty much. And I keep moving between nausea and dizziness, for two days now. Ah well. Get used to it, I guess. LOL! With love, Sowelu

Dear Ra: I hve been having the swaying and dizziness lately, too...but I attribute it to my b/p being really low lately..don't know...why...have cut my sodium. Like 104/60. Low for me! Check yours when you are feeling this way..but I am sure, also, ascension symptoms. Love, Spirit

I have jabs of pain on both sides of my rib cage in the back. My head is full, like Sowey's. I was up last night too, but had no ciggy to smoke, no coffee to drink, just willard water with a touch of unconditional love. And I am so contented. ;D

Whew! What a crowd. It's a good thing we're not all in the same room together when someone lights a match. I'm told that this is part of the "3 Days of Darkness" results too. The overlighting protection was removed from all unascending schtuff, so it all has to come up and will affect the areas you are weakest. It was a major removal. My process is more emotional than physical, though my digestion is off and I'm not interested in much physical activity ... nor in ascending anymore to tell you the truth! Can I change my mind? LOL Fun and joyful ... right! Take care of yourselves! Love, Monikah

[glow=red,2,300]Couldn't sleep last night either, too much buzzing in my head and crazy dreams. Also been feeling extremely fatigued, heaviness in the head, and trouble breathing. But I'm pulling along as always -SeaofFeeling[/glow]
