How to Achieve an Integrated Light Body through the Gifts of the Holy Spirit!

This chapter shall begin with the image of yourself. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are many, as all things are possible through God and your embodiment of God on Earth. You shall embrace this truth in order to know the gifts of the Holy Spirit and the miraculous miracles you can co-create through realizing your divine puzzle piece in God’s Divine Plan. I have written extensively about Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness throughout this book and the importance of achieving Ascension through integration and balance in all physical/earthly, spiritual, and psychological areas of your life. To know the Holy Spirit you must come to know yourself as completely as you know God, for inside you is the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit wants you to know that this chapter shall show you the gifts you already behold. So many people have forgotten the true meaning of life, the truth of God, and knowing that all things are possible through realization and embodying that which you already are! It is the Holy Spirit’s responsibility and blessing to re-awaken this truth inside you! You have but to behold the light inside you and you shall know the Holy Spirit! The Holy Spirit is the voice of God inside you. The Holy Spirit’s message is this, "I am the Holy Spirit and my blessing and gift is to be God’s communicator to all who will hear me. I am to bring the truth of God to all who will behold it and know it is their truth. It is our divine quest to diminish the separation you all behold, for in the truth of God there is no separation, only oneness! You, the Sons and Daughters of God, are part of the whole, and in wholeness there is no separation. Separation is but your created illusion, and illusion is, in truth, nothingness! God’s will is your will! Your will cannot create separation, for God’s will is not separate from your own. Only the negative ego works to create separation by creating fear. God knows no fear, for God is purely unconditional love. In love, there is no fear! Truth is love, and in love all things are possible! To know yourself completely is to know God, the Holy Spirit, and to know all of your brothers and sisters as incarnations of God and therefore one will, one consciousness, and one love! Through the writings in this volume and the volumes to come, all will be revealed to you as we enter a new dimension of reality for humanity. The time is now to expand your consciousness and create God’s vision for Heaven on Earth! We have told you this many times and most read this information and ponder the possibilities, but you must feel this reality in your beings! I bring you the gifts of the Holy Spirit this day in a way that has never been written before! It is my privilege to give you these gifts so that you can begin today to embody all that you so richly deserve but have forgotten the true meaning of. It is now time to dispel all illusion, separation, ego, faulty psychology, and reinstate the gifts of the Holy Spirit which you already embody and always have from the point of God’s creation of you! It has been through your incarnation on Earth that your soul’s evolution is to learn these facts and bring you back to God with all the knowledge, wisdom and truth that you came here to learn. I humbly give you the gifts of the Holy Spirit to help you to not only find God’s truth, but to experience it on all levels! You must never forget you are God’s creation, and as incarnations of God it is in everyone’s personal plan to embody and exemplify God on earth! To exemplify God on earth, you must own and share with all the gifts of the Holy Spirit!

I now give you the gifts of the Holy Spirit and ask you to feel the truth of this wisdom and make it your personal goal to embody these gifts throughout all time! These gifts are not new; they have always been in existence as they have always been part of God. As Above - So Below! This is to remind you there is no separation between Heaven and Earth! There is no separation between you and the Holy Spirit inside you!

The first gift of the Holy Spirit is, of course, Love. The Holy Spirit’s love is a direct flow from God. Again, no separation. Love is a Universal energy. All that you behold with all your senses was created with the love of God. There is nothing in creation, from a blade of grass to the birds in the sky, which was not created from God’s love. The Holy Spirit is a creation of God’s love and as such, gives you God’s direct love through His Spirit. You have heard of the "still, small voice within"? This is the Holy Spirit inside you! In the beginning of this chapter, I asked you to begin with an image of yourself. You are the embodiment of the Holy Spirit! You have always had from the beginning of creation the Holy Spirit inside you and this has not changed. What did change for some of you was your vision of yourself. You cannot separate yourself from God or the Holy Spirit, but what most of you have created with the ego is an illusion of separation. This illusion that the ego has created and you have accepted, has manifested in fear and doubt. You may say, "What has this to do with love?" Fear is the opposite of love. As long as you behold love, you cannot behold fear. There is no fear in love! Love is many things to many people, but you should know the truth of love. God’s love is unconditional! There is no other truth! There can be no illusion of unconditional love! If you harbor illusion about love, you only harbor fear! If you have fear of love, you must look inside yourself for this lesson and you will find the truth is you do not love yourself unconditionally. You cannot give to others what you do not own yourself. So as I said, begin with the image of yourself! Do you love unconditionally? Do you love yourself unconditionally? If you do not, you harbor fear and this must be dispelled with forgiveness and love!

I could write volumes about love and give you a multitude of examples of conditional love versus unconditional love. I think most of you reading this book are at a level of understanding that would precipitate the explanation of these examples. Yet, most of you will continue to learn lessons regarding love throughout your lifetimes on Earth and throughout eternity. Love is the energy that powers the Universe. It powers all of God’s creations and all Universes yet to be created. Many of you don’t understand the power of love. In your perception of love, you have witnessed or dispensed examples of how love sometimes hurts others. This should never be! Love should never be used to hurt others! There are no exceptions to this Universal Law! Love should only be given unconditionally! It is true, however, that another person’s perception of love could be that of experiencing hurt. This would be their negative ego perception of the situation and not their Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness perception.

In these volumes of this Spiritual Encyclopedia Edition of How To Construct Your Integrated Light Body, we are giving you all of the divine principles to create an Integrated Spiritual Master’s Light Body. On the other side of this discussion, it must be known that a Spiritual Master does not take away another person’s lessons. So, one not at the level of a Master may perceive their love as conditional when, in truth, it is through the Master’s unconditional love that they guide them in divine fashion without taking away the lesson. This is truly unconditional love to allow another to learn their lessons on their own and not take this valuable truth from them. It is through unconditional love that a Spiritual Master will give them the truth of their wisdom and allow them to use their own free will and personal power to gain the truth and learn the lesson. You have heard the saying; "Love is a many splendored thing!" This is Love’s splendor at its finest, highest, and most unconditional potential!

In reawakening the gifts of the Holy Spirit within you, you must use these gifts wisely. You must use the gift of Love as God would have it used! The gift of Love was given to you upon your creation, and this gift is to be shared with all as God would have it be! You must use your Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness at all times in sharing the gifts of the Holy Spirit! The Holy Spirit is Unconditional Love and nothing else! In your quest to become an Integrated Spiritual Master you shall master the gift of unconditional love and embody the Holy Spirit on earth!

The next gift the Holy Spirit blesses upon you is Joy! Joy is a complex gift as is Love, but through Love, Joy comes easily. The Holy Spirit's description of "Joy" is: living in Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness and serving God to the highest potential we, as Sons and Daughters of God, behold! Joy is a natural by-product of Unconditional Love. Joy is achieved through diligent devotion to God, service to humanity, complete love of yourself as a Co-creator with God, and Unconditional Love used as a Universal energy. Joy and Love are synonymous in creation! Through Love, all Joy is achieved! How would the Holy Spirit have you behold the gift of Joy? Joy is a gift from God. You have had joy within you from the point of your creation! Joy is a gift you own within and it is up to you to share this gift with others. Bring Joy into your reality and you cannot help but share it! Joy is energy, just as Love is energy. When you bring Joy into your life, this energy transmits into the energy fields of anyone or anything surrounding your light body system. So you can imagine, as you grow and construct your higher light bodies, how Joy affects those around you! In using this gift of Joy to its highest potential, you are embodying the Holy Spirit on earth. As the embodiment of the Holy Spirit, you are exemplifying the highest purpose and plan of God and His vision of Heaven on Earth! Walk with the Holy Spirit and spread the joy of your spirit with all!

The Holy Spirit would not be complete without the gift of Compassion. We have spoken about Love and Joy, and what are these energies without Compassion? Everything stems from Love. The world would be a dark and bitter place without all of these gifts. Compassion is having empathy for others’ misgivings, hardships, misguided consciousness, and self-created misery in their life. Compassion is wisdom to be used for the purpose of empathizing with the situation of another but not taking on the situation personally. It is your divine duty and service to administer Compassion to all those misguided souls who seek your wisdom. You cannot share Compassion without Love and Forgiveness. The Integrated Spiritual Master would also, in their wisdom, share the gift of Joy to lift and enlighten the misguided soul to reawaken the light of the Holy Spirit within them. Compassion used without pure motives would be the work of negative ego for personal agenda. Every energy and gift used in a negative way for the purpose of self-aggrandizement creates a karmic reaction and lesson which also creates a huge imbalance in the light body system. Your Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness is paramount in your development as an Integrated Spiritual Master and the construction of your higher light body system!

Faith is the next gift of the Holy Spirit. Faith is the unquestionable belief of all that is God! An Integrated Spiritual Master always resides in Faith. Why is faith a gift of the Holy Spirit? How would you know the truth of God without faith? Faith is unquestionable! Faith is trust! Who are ye without faith? The Holy Spirit is here to rekindle the faith within us! What are positive thoughts without faith? What is love without faith? What is God without Faith? You can see by these questions that God, in His infinite wisdom, created faith and gave this gift to us. Can you imagine what the world would be without faith? Can you envision your reality without faith? I’m sure this discussion has made you think about faith from a different perspective. So many of you take faith for granted as with many other things, but for the moment, I will speak about faith. Faith is in everything you do! Faith is in your consciousness! Faith is in you when you drive your car! Faith is in you when you awaken in the morning and know you are alive! Faith is in you when you are at your lowest point, knowing that something better is surely coming! Faith is everywhere and is everything! Faith is in your consciousness, your actions and your deeds! Faith is God and you, my friends, are all incarnations of God—living, breathing examples of faith! Without faith, can you imagine the fear, doubts, illusion, glamour, and negative ego/separative consciousness you would behold? Faith is part of the recipe for remaining in Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness and constructing your Integrated Light Body system! Do you remember the biblical quote; "The strength of a mustard seed can move mountains!" This could only be accomplished with a strong devotion and faith! Your faith has the power to create your reality. Faith has the power to move mountains! Faith must be shared and taught by you—the Integrated Spiritual Masters of this New Millennium! The Holy Spirit is here to remove fear and doubt and spark the flame of Faith in all!

Truth is a gift of the Holy Spirit. Truth! Truth is such a multifaceted spectrum of discussion within the community of humanity. Each person seems to hold their own vision of the truth. Each one seemingly owns and writes their own version of the truth. What is truth? Is truth one person’s perspective based on their faith? Is truth a reality of only one gender or race? Is truth one religious belief, one philosophical principle, one scientific discovery, one way of life, one profession or one astrological discovery? The list is endless! This discussion is simplistic for there is but one truth. The truth is God! It makes no difference to God what name you give Him as long as your path brings you to Him! What is truth, in fact? Truth is a state or quality of being true! Truth is loyalty, trustworthiness, honesty, and sincerity! Truth is a quality of being in accordance with experience, facts, and reality! Truth is a fact and a certainty! Truth is "Being" true! God gives us truth. As an Integrated Spiritual Master, you are a "Being" of truth! Truth is the Spirit inside you!

So how does one know the truth and another does not? Good question, or should I say "God question." Yes, "God question"! To know God completely is to know the truth of all the ages! In knowing truth, there shall be no questions for you shall already have the answers. You shall have a peace that passes all understanding! This peace shall be your truth! When you know the Holy Spirit is inside you and you are completely connected to God, the truth is not an issue to think about. You have a complete feeling of knowing and understanding the truth of God! Now in knowing the truth of God, my friends, it is one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit that this truth be shared with all those who wish to behold it! We are not saying that you must go around the countryside telling everyone about the truth of God, but you will be given opportunities to share your gifts. Once you are at a level of Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness and truly behold the gifts of the Holy Spirit, God will bring you these opportunities when you least expect them to appear. It will be in divine timing that these opportunities occur and you will have the ability to share your gifts in the most enlightened way to uplift your brothers and sisters and share the truth of God! Everyone will share their gifts in different ways too! Not everyone is supposed to write spiritual books. Many people share their gifts in the most subtle ways through meeting people in the supermarket, the bank, the car wash, the gas station, walking down the street, asking for directions and so on. It will happen in a place most unexpected. The glory of God is to share the gifts of the Holy Spirit at those precious times that hold as much meaning as reading this book! This is what we are here to do! So, my friends, behold and embody the truth of God and share the gifts of the Holy Spirit!

Sharing the gifts of the Holy Spirit shall give you eternal life. This is another gift of the Holy Spirit. Eternal Life is not what you think it is! Eternal Life is not living in the physical world in a perfect physical body until the end of time as you think it may be. Eternal Life is embodying God on Earth and upon graduating this Earth plane, you shall continue to live in Spirit eternally! You understand there are 352 levels and stages of Ascension to reach complete God Realization and these levels are not achieved in one lifetime on the Earth! Miracles happen every day but this is not one of them! There are certain levels of Spiritual knowledge and wisdom that can only be obtained on the higher planes. However, with this said, you must realize that a great deal of spiritual work is accomplished on Earth and the time for accelerated levels of Ascension is at hand! God has given us the opportunity to achieve more light bodies while in physical form than has ever been given before. This is a testing period for us and a golden opportunity to reach the higher realms of Ascension while in physical form!

Eternal Life is a gift and pleasure beyond compare! God gives us these gifts through his love, devotion and faith in us! How blessed we are! Who knows, perhaps at some period of time when all of humanity has passed the tests and earned the higher light bodies and fully embodies God on Earth, we shall have Eternal Life on Earth! This is a wondrous vision indeed, for if this vision is to become a reality we would truly have Heaven on Earth! We would have accomplished all that God envisioned for us in the first place! The gift of Eternal Life beholds this vision of Heaven on Earth and you, my friends, can achieve all of the gifts of the Holy Spirit in your lifetime!

The next gift of the Holy Spirit I would like to speak about is "Peace." Peace on Earth and Goodwill toward Men and Women! This is a wonderful saying and a beautiful vision, but do we all practice this vision? Unfortunately, the bulk of humanity does not. There is so much violence, negative ego, fear-based thinking, separation, illusion, glamour and many other negative phobias that are too numerous to mention. This negative psychological consciousness and activity is disintegrating Peace. Peace is a state of consciousness! This may be new to some of you reading this book but it is a fact! Think about Peace for a moment. Some people only perceive Peace as a state of affairs between countries, religious groups or nationalities. Where does Peace truly reside? I will tell you! As the Holy Spirit tells us, Peace only resides in the heart and soul of a person. Peace is not a commercial for a status quo between warring nations! Peace is a state of consciousness within the heart of a person, in the soul of a person, and in the mind of a person.

Peace is not a gift that can be given or taken away. Peace resides inside you! No matter what happens outside of your physical reality, Peace cannot be taken away! You can give your Peace away but no one, no event, no action, and no consciousness outside of yourself can take your Peace away! God gives Peace to all His Sons and Daughters. Think about it! Peace is a state of your self-created reality and your Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness! I have written extensively about Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness and the process of your thoughts creating your reality. Peace does not have a different process of achievement. Peace comes through developing a right relationship with yourself and a right relationship with God! Knowing yourself as you know God brings a peace which surpasses all comprehension! It is up to each and every one of us to create Peace in our conscious reality. This creation of your reality directly correlates to your faith, trust, devotion, truth, compassion, joy and love of yourself and your unconditional love of God! With your God-given gift of free will, you are the Master in charge of creating this reality for yourself! Knowing all of this, could you possibly say that Peace has been taken from you? No, of course you can’t! Peace is an intricate part of your Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness and no one but you is the Master of this reality! Upon reaching the higher levels of Ascension and constructing your higher light bodies, the process of Peace is part of the recipe. Take time each day to be alone with yourself. Block out all thoughts leaving only one connection to God. This At-One-Ment with God will give you Peace. You will no longer look for it outside of yourself for you will know it is part of you, just as God is part of you. You will understand in your attunement to God the true meaning of At-One-Ment and know there is no separation, no illusion and no other reality or consciousness and there, my friends, you shall find Peace!

One of the most misunderstood gifts of the Holy Spirit is Perfection. What is God’s vision of Perfection? Quite simply, it is as I stated in the first line of this chapter. Start with an image of yourself! Perfection is already a reality! It does not have to be created because God already created Perfection in all of His Sons and Daughters. Where then do we have the idea that things, people, circumstances and the world, for that matter, are not perfect? We already know the answer to this question, don’t we! We have created a delusion of imperfection with our consciousness. We have allowed the negative ego, fear-based thinking and feeling, illusion, faulty psychology and all the other fears, doubts and phobias to consume us. God has created only Perfection! This is the truth of God! Only Humanity has used their free will to create an imperfect illusion. An Integrated Spiritual Master holds a vision of Perfection! An Integrated Spiritual Master continually lives in Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness and sees only God’s Perfection in all things! Through this book, and the many books to come, we are giving you the information and tools to live in Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness and create your reality to coincide with God’s Divine Plan. You must embrace the consciousness of seeing everyone as your brother and sister! You must know you are part of God as are your brothers and sisters. You must see everyone as the creation of God’s Perfection! Everything that you experience in life happens with Perfection. It is only through the negative ego that you perceive life and the tests and lessons that God gives us as imperfection. Living in Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness gives you a perception of life, tests and lessons, as God-given blessings, gifts and opportunities to grow and evolve into God Realization! What could be more perfect than this! I can tell you, my friends, God gives us Perfection in everything we experience on every level of existence! God is Perfection on every level, so what other perception could we behold! Our ability to continually live in Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness in an integrated and balanced way is our gift of Perfection to ourselves! So, my friends, I ask you to envision an image of yourself and in this vision you shall see God’s Perfection!

In this chapter I have discussed the gifts of the Holy Spirit—Love, Joy, Compassion, Faith, Truth, Eternal Life, Peace and Perfection. Quite a list of gifts and quite a list of accomplishments. It is through these gifts that you are the final gift of the Holy Spirit! The Embodiment of God! Although you incarnated upon this Earth as embodiments of God, all of humanity has not embraced this principle. The reality and conscious endeavor of humanity has lost this immaculate concept along the way. God, the Holy Spirit and the Ascended Masters are here to remind you again, "You are the embodiments of God! You cannot separate that part of you which is from God! We are One! One Will! One Thought! One Consciousness! We are one embodiment of God and cannot separate ourselves from His Will!" It is through these writings that we remind you to look inside yourself. Start with the image of yourself and you shall see God! Listen to the "Still, Small Voice Within" and you shall hear God! Attune yourself to living in Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness in an integrated and balanced way and you will embrace the perfection of all you incarnated here to be!

Living as an Embodiment of God can be quite a monumental task for some. You have not allowed your consciousness to conceive of your oneness with God. You have not allowed your consciousness to perceive of the notion and reality that you are an Embodiment of God. Most people’s perception of reality is one of separateness with God. This, of course, is not reality but the negative ego/fear-based/separative consciousness working against Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness. You must dispel the negative ego’s perception of being separate from God! Living as an Embodiment of God in the true sense of the word means living in Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness at all times! You must lead by example, live by example, and embody God as an example to all your brothers and sisters! Teach and you shall Learn! Love and you shall Live! There is nothing in this world you cannot accomplish as Living Embodiments of God!

Embrace the gifts of the Holy Spirit as you climb the ladder of Ascension and construct your Integrated Light Body! You are God’s Perfection as you construct your Integrated Light Body and become Integrated Spiritual Masters in your lifetime!
