RECENT LOW ENERGY

If you have been suffering from low energy recently, you are among the old souls who have had a complete energy matrix rewire. This rewiring is a result of a higher energy field being installed, a different level and type than previously experienced.
In the recent past, there has been a lot of energy upheaval, many people have left the planet, and many of you have experienced a wide variety of unusual life changes. This is part of a greater plan to bring many people to maturity, more spiritual and psychic awareness, and more power. There is a need for us to unite our forces to bring more good into the world, and for this, there was a drastic increase of power.
Whenever you run more energy through your circuits, it takes a while for the system to change and adapt to the levels. This required re-wiring that also means that the system was sometime more "down" for repairs and upgrading. Nothing is wrong, you are doing better than you ever have been-and it will continue to get better.
It is important to rest, take time to do spiritual practices no matter how busy you are, and to keep your thoughts clean-clear of self-criticism and negativity. Regularly feed your mind and soul with beauty of any kind-nature, internal pictures of joy, music, etc.
In addition, do a meditation in which you extend your central column of light-the tube like energy that runs through the middle of your body-to the core of the earth, making sure it has no kinks or clogs. Most of you have this column connected to the Divine, but you can also be asking for energy to be downloaded from above and uploaded from below.
