Blue has spoken previously about the value of UV light in sunlight taken in through the naked eyes as the way to receive the new DNA encoding info being broadcast to the planet. I have always felt an intuitive attraction to taking in the full light of the daylight into my eyes. AS a youngster, I used to stare at the sun for the hypnotic effect.
We have been taught that sunlight is bad for our skin and bad for our eyes, but nothing could be further from the truth. OF course, any intense energy will degrade the systems of those who cannot handle it and upgrade the system of those that can handle it. I think melanoma is really the result of body toxins coming to the surface, not sun damage.
So I make it a daily practice to take in the full light of the daylight, not by staring directly at the sun but by opening myself and my eyes to the sunlight by looking into the sky with my bare feet on the ground or grass preferably, especially grass with dew.
There is an indian guy who supposedly lives on sunlight and does not need to eat regular food. He says anyone can do it with practice but it must be done with bare feet on the ground. He says the bare feet prevent any damage to the eyes from the sun. I have found this to make sense both scientifically and kinesthetically as the bare feet complete the electrical conduit with the earth that allows for the energy to flow through us rather than accumulate in one place to dangerous levels.
try it .....maybe you like it.
