I see the forums are very quiet.
I have been aching since last Thursday evening.
I don't know if the solar flares are out of control, if the earth is going thru a gate of some sort, but it sure feels like someone hit me with a bat from the waist down.
Thursday about 3:00 AM I woke up with an unbearable pain in my knee area, both knees. I felt like I was paralyzed and couldn't move. I got up and walked around for a bit and tried to bear the pain and relaxed my muscles. The pain went away to later on come back a gain, I have never in my life felt this sort of intense pain.
In the morning I woke up like nothing happen but left with the memory of having a bad night.
Then on Saturday late afternoon my right foot starting hurting like hell. I couldn't even walk. asking myself what the heck is going on?
On Sunday I tired to do the house chores and relaxed a bit and felt better.
Today I came to work but the pain is still there, feels like electrical shock waves and pressure on the legs, bones, etc. I felt very mellow and want to be alone at this point and think, absorb, and let my mind go out into the infinite.
Today I see this place quiet and many other places as well...
Anyone else experiencing some strange stuff happening?

Hi MirRa, Despite the fact that I don't feel like communicating very much at this time? Yes I caught a cold again, lol and last week I have been pretty tired, I blame the holidays though, too much too do in so little time and all the people! Fun at the time, but I sometimes get people-hangover and I need to become a bit of a reclusive for awhile. Say a week or so, to recover and be by myself. Ehm,... But out of the ordinary is that I have an extremely strong period right now ... and I mean extreme! I am not in pain though.. But I am glad when it is over. Me too, MirRA. I had an altered state event on about January 1st or 2nd, that basically informed me that I was receiving a ton of new energy into my system. Someone pressed super hard on my low back, almost at the base of spine, and said, "You have many new babies in there now"... indicating to me that I was infused with lots of new energy that will need integrating, and from that, "newness" will be birthed. In the event I experienced a desire for it to stop, that it was way too uncomfortable and I didn't like it very much. (this indicates precisely how I'm dealing with it now that it's "in my physical experience") When I came out of that event I felt the pain in my low back intensely. Since then I've been feeling much of the same as you described, as well as the "cold-like" symptoms that Dutch Raven mentioned. Last night I had the worst leg pains/aches I have experienced to date, I think. whew! All in all, very uncomfortable, painful to an intense degree at times, and making life even more difficult than it has been, what with the move I just came through and all. *sigh* Some day... Dear Family: Sorry I have not been supportive to you guys...been having lots of car karma..finally straightened out! Lots of mechanical work to do. Ra.....been having that right foot pain for some time off and on..even stubbed my r little toe and broke it I think. It got better and is now inlammed again. Sowelu..also having leg pains...and it is getting weird as I am afraid to eat because some things seem to aggravate my pains..and it is not consistent. I love you all....and hope this pain disappears in this new year...and we can be pain free and joyous again...that is my New Years reolution for us all! Much Love, Spirit  |

Looks like we are not alone. Everyone I have spoken to have also expereinced or knows someone who is going thru the same thing.
My sister in law told me she was in bed and had to go to the hospital because her back locked in.
The Doctors didn't find anything...hum...I also not long ago had my back locked in too.
I have notice that as the Earth Heart Chakra isopening those that need to open the lower chakras are the ones going thru this...my guess....and those that need to activate the upper chakras are getting the pain in the upper body.
I am guessing at this but it makes sense as these point where we are feeling the pain hold information and many times need releasing. I also notice that the people in pain have some sort of spiritual bases more then the religious norm...all of them believe or think the way the new agers do.
Here is a reference table and the chakra points where we are hurting. Maybe this can explain something.
Oh, before I forget, when my back locked in, my Doctor could not find anything as well.
So it is important to see the Docotr as all pain is not related to ascension.
Also hear that finally Nasa is sharing info that there is a light band which earth will be entering in the futruew. The Photon Belt? They have up to this point denied the existence of the belt, but now it looks like they are open to the idea of it being for real.

When you go to the chart click on the link to read in detail the affected area. Since it was my right foot that gave way fro three days, this is what it means. My pain was in the upper part of the foot. Interesting too..Lesson that need to be re-adrressed before I graduate! ;D

In terms of the initiations, the feet are the very last before we graduate, relating to the 12th initiation. The end of the path that our feet trod. The total understanding of a person - underline the 'standing' part of the word understanding. We then stand on our own two feet as a total Human Being.

(17) Right foot under sole of foot: Outer = allows in an evil being for the purposes of getting power. He urges us on to do evil deeds. It is also the perpetrating area for dastardly deeds. Where we 'step' on others. The true function of this chakra is to not allow people to step on us. It should be a protector chakra. But we tend to overdo things and get caught up in revenge. Similar to characteristics of the Emperor card of the Tarot deck. Should be in charge, but can be despotic. Needs temperance.
(18) Inner = rage that is stored up from allowing others to step on us.

that is SO weird. periodically, i will get up and go to walk and one of my feet simply 'dies' on me and flaps uselessly at the end of my leg. it hurts like hell for a few days and then fixes itself. oh wow.

hi team
I had major wind under the ribs and chest, which caused a drain in my energy, my body was sort of in shock, this brought up negative thinking. My back shoulders and chest were sore, I found it hard to find any thing to eat that didnt effect me. I came right but was left with sore muscles, strange pains in hands and fingers, ps: There was a huge drop in sun spots on the 4th jan 06.

Me too! And I injured the top portion of my left foot on Dec 1 and it is still a boo boo and won't heal. dont' think it is broken but it sure is stubborn. And I also feel that my feet are even weaker than usual and that they won't hold me up and I can't count on them...except of course on my piggly wigglies. : giggle: sorry.
My shaman friend reminded me today as I dragged myself and my daughter who dragged herself into our sessions, that today was and eleven day and not only the 11th but the whole date added up to 11 and that she has noticed that on the 11 days that energy everywhere is lower and sluggish and very, very heavy.

Interesting about the "11" days, thanks for that. All day I seemed to be keenly aware that it was January ELEVENth, though I didn't know why. LOL! It just seemed to stand out loudly, if you know what I mean. Perhaps what your shaman friend noticed is the reason.

My back kills me when I bend over, and Imp's back isn't faring any better either. He is going to an apuncturist every two weeks, and says it really allievates his back pain. I just get that feeling that we're gearing up for the new things. Kinda like being in the eye of the storm... all these new ideas you've had while living out what society expects from you? Time to initiate the jump this year, maybe?

I"ve been experiencing extreme coldness in my feet/lower calf's and my hands. I've been taking a hot shower when sometimes twice a day just to keep warm. But usually when I take showers it's to warm myself up now-a-days. Although everyday has not been like this, at times it has but it seems to vary day to day on the extreme coldness in my feet and my hands.

Hi Ed,
sounds like you may have some circulation issues with your hands and feet. I get this too even now and I live in the tropics. :-(
There are lots of things to do to stimulate circulation and one of them is to take capsicum, or red paper...hot pepper or even hot sauce and put a little in your food or make a spicey drink with that and some ginger. Good for circulation. And of course theres always a bottle of good brandy too...that's the old fashioned way. LOL

Geez, yesterday I went to see my kidney Dr. and said that I was doing great. If I keep it up I will out live him! LOL! Anyways, I mentioned the pain I had the other night in the inside of my knees and feet and which I felt I was becoming crippled. You know what his answer was? He had never heard of that and found it strange, he recommended I do a muscle test, or something like that with my other Doc.
Then for closing statement he says: maybe it was the et's working on you! My eyes opened wide when I heard him say this but chuckled like it was a joke...then he said do you listen to Coast to Coast at mid-night...I said no, that I had heard about the program but at that time I am long gone asleep. I told him that in order not to give away that my true interest and didn't know if he was pulling my leg. Then he took me into his office and opened his computer and added a link to the book I am reading, the Fundamental lies of the Catholic Church. He said that I was going to burn in hell or the et's better come take me away before the church gets to me.
Anyway, I found this really cool that my Kidney Dr and I had same belief thoughts in common. I guess where you least expect it they are there and growing more in numbers. No longer soon we will need to keep quiet about our beliefs that there are others out in other Universes. I hope soon this become public.
