I'm so glad that something on this has been posted. I"ve been experiencing body electric shock sensations for a few years although the last 12 months not so much until this week! My partner, bless him was really freaked out by it and tried to tell me it wasn't normal lol because he'd never experienced this from previous partners. I asked him if any of his previous partners were reiki practitioners and in conscious alignment with the changes and new frequencies.
What happened was that we were lying in eachothers arms drifting off to sleep when what felt like a tremendous bolt of lightening went straight through me (it didn't hurt at all). I was surprised because it was the last thing I expected to happen, but it really scared him. A smaller one happened again last night and he handled it much better, although I did have to reassure him. I dare say because my body is so relaxed whilst in the state of drifting off into slumber it makes it easier to take place. I was also wondering that perhaps it has something to do with the awakening of the kundalini energies???
He recently has gone through an awakening himself which I feel honoured to have been able to watch and be a part of and it seems my electric shocks have come back with a vengeance. lol I tried to explain it to him that it is a part of my own awakening and not to be surprised when it happens again. I then told him about a time a few years ago when my body started vibrating like it was having a fit, I was fuIly conscious and actually laughing while it was happening. This has only ever happened on one occasion. I explained to him that I had no control over when it happens but that I take it as a good sign - I was actually concerned because they had stopped. I'm laughing as I write this because to me it's quite amusing, he wanted me to see a doctor! I also told him that now that he has stepped onto the path of awakening it would probably happen to him to.
Still it's not always a good thing for the person lying along side of you as it scares them because they have no understanding of what is taking place.

thank you for your reply indigofruitloop . the feeling is very strange and it is kind of nice to know your not alone in this experiences. I think it is to do with potential difference at an internal level expressing itself outwardly, I think walnuts help in reducing the effect, I'm not 100% sure though.
love Beone

Yes is it a strange feeling, I tend to think that it's a way of the body inttergrating new energies and sometimes the body gets shocks as a away of adjusting to the new frequency.
Love and peaceful blessings, Indigofu
