I hear ya. I have a horrible head cold, my hip pops everytime I grocery shop in Wal Mart (and only there! LOL), my knee is bothering me, I have acne on my arms, and I'm sure I could go on. Oh yeah, my neck hurts like the devil!

Dear Family:
I must be mutating too...as I got over those allergies and they are starting up again..for no reason at all..and I am beginning to think this leg thing is emotional...because it comes and goes..esp when I am listening to music that lifts me to higher dimensions...it is like a burning in my thighs...so weird...and then my lower back goes out...and I feel numbness in my but while sitting...all this stuff is so weird cuz it comes and goes...Yay..I AM mutating...

The symptoms you describe are those of a friend of mine who is a healer. She says it is the galactics working on you.

In addition to some of the other symptoms described here, I've been having strange and vivid dreams each and every night (or early morning before waking! This is unusual for me as I rarely remembered my dreams in the past. This daily dreaming started in early April after I was attuned to Reiki I and II, but I think it's all part and parcel of ascension  -SeaofFeeling |

Dear Lun:
Wow....really? Galactics? What would they be doing? Also, Seaof Feeling...I too wake up with nightmares occasionally...do you? All of this stuff is so weird...you think you are going crazy sometimes...cuz the docs can't find anything wrong. I also have nausea that comes and goes in waves...anyone experiencing that?

Dear Family: Please tell me more about the symptoms you are having right now as I am really trying to figure out what is going on with me. It is driving me crazy! Are any of you becoming more sensitive to all foods, alcohol, smoke, medications, etc in an adverse way? I feel I don't even know how to eat any more. My symtoms are indigestions, belching, paranoia, headaches at times, nausea, (waves of it that come over me at times), not to mention the leg thing that comes and goes when I try to exercise , walk or work out. I get pains in my l hip, my anterior thighs (burning), and numbness...when I sit down it feels like i am sitting on pins and needles. So I can't walk, sit and sometimes lie down without pain...It seems better when i am not in the house, which is why I thought Alan had put a curse on my for breaking up with him. Have I totally lost it guys...or is this just ascension symtoms? I need to get back to work as this has been going on for 5 months now..it gets better and then worse again..and ususally after interactions with Alan or after exercising. I will go broke if this keeps up. Love, Spirit  |

Yes...it is preceeded by a headache, too! Could they work on me at night while I am sleeping...lol? ;D

Hi Spirit, I really feel for you. It sounds like you're having a hard time, and I know what you're going through. I do believe there is light at the end of the tunnel, so try to hang in there! That's what helps me deal with my own symptoms What you're describing correlates quite highly with anxiety, and anxiety is often driven by some deeper underlying issue or sadness. Could there be some hidden, deeper issues that are coming to the surface as a result of your relationship with Alan? Maybe he is playing a dark role for you as well, and your symptoms are a sign of certain things that are being (or need to be) cleansed/released as part of your ascension. Perhaps talking to a psychotherapist or counsellor will help with this process. Also, don't forget to be kind and loving towards yourself. You deserve it *Hugs* -SeaofFeeling |
