Dear Family: I have been experiencing flu, congestion, aches & apins for the last week. Sometimes it feels like allergy and comes and goes..anyone else feelign this with the 11:11 energies? How are you all doing with it? Love, Spirit   |

I've been sick off and on since September now Cherubtree, just the releasing of karma and past life junk in light of our ascension. Keep smiling! And if you feel really crappy go see a doctor or holistic practitioner.

i caught the flu a couple weeks ago.  have been sick every since but have gotten a lot better than i was. have been feeling like i'm having a relaps but maybe it's the 11:11 coming in.

I woke up yesterday feeling like crap, chills, lethargy, spaciness. Had a long day the day before (11/11/11); went to a beautufl ceremony at 11/11 am with folks from here in Sedona and visitors from UK and Canada, worked all day then went to an Arbonne Int'l (great products) presentation in the evening and drank a little wine (I'm a moderate beer drinker). Possibly releasing the final vestiges of personal karmic gunk after the ceremony? Hangover from the wine, what little I drank? Oh, also had some Haggen Dasz ice cream on 11/11, not used to that. Feeling fine this morning, so far.  |

spirit - why dont you try a superfood? dr. schultz makes a great one! if you dont feel like eating, just mix a couple of spoons with some tofu and yogurt and juice and whizz it up. wonderful stuff!

Rum Raisin is my favorite. But I happened to get the Creme Brulee'.
They've been chemspraying like crazy over us lately. Could be what's making us feel yucky.
At some point I just tell myself, 'no use trying to figure it out, just get used to it'

Thnakyou..just saw your post...I will try it...I am learning I have to give up fat...my system just does not like it..even tho I crave it at times..same with meat and heavy carbos...I feel best if I stick with fruits, juices, and vegies...the protein was the challenge...so this is a good idea!

Chemtrails are definitely everywhere, even out of the US and what are they spraying?....flu! No surprise folks are feeling badly. I know I am feeling it in my lungs and bronchials and have this irritiating little hacking cough. Nothing really 'sick' just the yuks.

I've been sick off and on for the last few months. Now this week again! <sigh> Throat feels stuffed and aches, my head hurts and I feel a deep pain in my body, I think it is my bones or something. Also a bit of sneezing going on. I don't feel very bad today, it's more of a soft annoying pain. And I am feeling kinda (extra) hot, regular energy running up my spine as well the past few weeks.. I guess it's all part of the game... and on the more physique level... I'll just have to watch myself carefully. Take care real good; rest, eat and honour my boundaries even a bit more... don't think its chemtrails around here, not even sure they are spraying that in Holland.. I hope not. If they do they can buzz off rightnow forever, it's my turf 'round here  , so no spraying stinky rotten yucky things.. lol The air smells fresh here, I don't know if that is a good sign? I think it is.. Y'all take care! |

Dear Family:
The buzzing in the l ear has been gone for several days now..what a relief! Talk about gratitude! Also got on antibiotics which is really helping the underlying cough & lung congestion from the flu. Make sure you all see your doc and not just assume all is ascension symptoms. Starting to get my energy back and get into the season. Got my house refinanced and that takes a lot of pressure off financially so now I can choose to do something I love instead of knocking myself out in my old profession just to pay the bills.

Cherub thats a good point. Even if it is just ascension symptoms, I see nothing wrong with easing it with medicine. Glad you're feeling better and the ringing subsided!!!  |
