Oh, I'm quite the fan of body noises, personally!! I've decided that burps and farts are one of the funnest things about having a body and probably built in so Spirit was assured some laughter in its physical life! LOL! ;D I don't think I ever don't think it's funny, frankly, when me or someone else lets one rip - especially in "inappropriate places".
*heeheeeee* Then again, I just love irreverence. Something very sacred about it. And since body noises are so often considered "uncivilized" and "improper".... I say let 'er rip! ;D

Um, no comment from me on the glory of bodily functions, you guys. However, for the past 3-4 days, I've been getting out of breath too. Find myself panting after doing things like talking. Not running up stairs or anything strenuous. Can't explain it. I'm in excellent shape physically and healthy as a horse. Yes, I do smoke about 1/2 a pack of cigs a day, but it's never stopped me from doing anything I damn please, except for of course, sprinting down the road or something, which I would never do anyway, being from L.A. we just drive everywhere, including the store down on the corner. I've been in Sedona six weeks now and there's a trailhead down the road from me, have not gone for a hike yet, very shameful! Well, I don't know what this breathing thing is about. It is weird. Also strange hot and cold flashes and intestinal distress, oh my! Disorientation, a bit of crabbiness, sounds like the change of life, but I don't think it's that, cause the men I know are experiencing it also.

Dear Family: The shortness of breath has seemed to have left me...thank God..was even having some heart pains, too. Must be the heart energies we are integrating. I have never been a smoke...tried the funny stuff for a while 30 yrs ago...but really no reason for being out of breath. For me the gas pains...are like belching after even drinking water..lol...and definitely digestive problems. The l sided pain thing comes and goes with my l side of the neck getting very tight, too....Ah..ASCENSION! love, Spirit

Well, the weird thing is that my mom's husband just found out he is anemic. He eats lots of red meat and there is no reason for him to be. It just dawned on me that it might relate to our conversation here.
Anyway, if you want to balance your digestive system try an herbal blend of catnip and fennel. YOu can find it at a health food store in liquid form. Just follow the directions. It's good for the digestive tract and liver.
Love! Nicole

Hope you like licorice. That's what the fennel/catnip mixture smells and tastes like! I don't but I can take a little bit of anything. LOL
