(((((Hiya Spirit!))))) Yup. I experience it on and off, but I'm also in excellent health. Heart palpitations, another periodic regular, will often come with the breath troubles, too.

Yes me too guys, Shortness of breath while talking of all things, yet I can ride my bike and feel fine. The last couple of days on and off with heart flutters or a mussel twitch in the liver, Some thing like that, with wind most of the time present in the diaphragm. I was going to ask the same question about heart flutters. Probably frequency adjustments in the heart charka area. It can leave you feeling fatigued. beone

Dito, dito, dito! Shortness of breath, palpitations, pressure on the upper chest when lying down, intense hot flushes with inner heat to make me scream all day long, and I could go on ad nauseum. And I am only in OK health. Could be a lot better. WQ

Guys,
When I was pregnant I got iron deficient anemia. I had no other symptoms except for fatigue and shortness of breath. Now, I am usually fatigued and so chalked the extra fatigue up to pregnancy, as many of us now chalk it up to ascension. So what I'm trying to say is that shortness of breath was my cue something wasn't right. I finally got to where I was short of it just sitting.
So maybe go have your iron checked. They can prick your finger and do it right in the dr office.
Love, Nicole

I love it Spirit! How'd you know people call me Nikki???!!! You even got the spelling right and no one does! Wow - awesome! We truly are a family here huh?
Hope you figure it all out. PS - I have had gas since the 5th grade with no signs of slacking up. But then, I eat what I want. That's one of the wonderful things about physical incarnation IMO - FOOD! I've learned giving foods up is not a happy way to be for me. Then again, having gas when you're not in a nice place to pass it isn't that happy either! LOL
Love! Nicole

[glow=blue,2,A]Hmm...interesting. I guess I just always figured my rare occasions of shortness of breath were from smoking. I dunno?
LOL! Or maybe it's from all the gas we're emmitting!
You know, the funniest thing I ever heard was when a friend of mine told us all that his wife never farted till they got married and now she's this "whole different woman!" He was joking of course in her being a different woman, but that just cracks me up! ...never farted till she was married. Haha! [/glow]
