Digestive problems?

Things were a bit crazy for me a while ago, so that's how I got to gather all this info.. to learn about myself, too! I had all of the symptoms for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) - so I decided I'd do some more research on that. Now it's really great for me - another layer peeled. Another great gift earned.

Does that feel that way to you... like we're peeling layer by layer from an onion?

may i come and play as well, please? i couldnt agree MORE with you, liza - its just like stripping away layers from an onion. it gets a little unnerving at times, doesnt it, but on the whole, it is a refreshing and cleansing experience, apart from the days when ones digestive system decides to act like vesuvius.....

Dear Family:
My pancreas is acting up something fierce lately. Is there something going on energetically right now. I am having pain in my l side and enzymes have been elevated. Gave up alcohol almost 4 months ago..but hard to give up fat completely. The pains come and go...so weird! Is the solar plexus being activated right now...Anyone know?
