Dear Family: Is anyone else experiencing digestive problems right now. It has been going on for me for a month now. I have had a cat scan, ultrasound, etc...and all are negative. They plan to an endoscopy on me this week. I have pain when I eat..and have even given up all fatty foods as I am completely intolerant of them. I am living on fruit, water and liquid greens. Any ideas...are you going through this too with the new energies. Any answers are so appreciated. I am beginning to think I need to live on light..lol. Trouble is I love to eat. ;D Love, Cherub

My hubby has had similar - and complete pain - for a few years now. No doctor can find what is wrong. Happens when he doesn't eat too. Colonoscopy said he was clean. Dr said all he could guess was spasms.

dear cherub, i have been having trouble for some time. much pain from "what" i eat. i will stop eating those things, begin to feel better and it starts all over again when i eat those things again and takes awhile to turn around again. ginger root helps me. i guess that's why i have posted about it on the health board. for me acid foods are really bad such as tomatoes especially in paste form like on pizza, spaghetti sauce, etc.... nuts really bother me and butter. <whimpers> chewable dgl can be helpful. just google it to find out more if you wish to know more. i really need to learn my lesson and stop eating these things.

Dear Seeking Divinity: Is the reason we are having trouble digesting old foods we love because of the crystalline body we re developing. I cannot figure it out as I used to be able to eat anything! ;D Love, Cherub

hello cherub,
well, here's another one! i eat only one meal a day now, and that is always a salad. even that is giving me problems. like you, i have had all sorts of tests, and no conclusion has been reached.
in the evenings, i have juice, mixed with fruit, and liquidised together with protein powder, such as vegetable protein powder, or hemp protein powder. this supplies the fibre that is needed, and i can drink it without feeling bloated and uncomfortable.
i wouldnt worry too much about it, unless there are obvious problems such as bleeding. i honestly think that this is due to the new energies, and the fact that our bodies are refining themselves.
blessings, sama

Hi Sama: Thankyou for your note. I thought I was going through it alone and the physicians all think I am crazy! Although, they did find osteoarthirits in my l hip and in my lumbar spine, which is causing the pain in my l leg and hip. However, the digestive problems continue, although they did tell me I needed to clean out my bowels...so I plan to do another cleanse..lol...just can't get all this out of me..I guess. Do you feel pain with your digestive problems in your abdoment anywhere? I get pains on my l side...but it is better than it was. Hope you feel better soon, too. I also think it is the energies...and it is suppossed to continue till June 20th, I hear. Much love and blessings to you, Cherub

sure do get pain, cherub! it can vary from a dull ache to quite severe stabbing pains, and the most appalling wind!! i find that having a protein drink in the evening is the best possible way to have a peaceful night! i usually put fruit such as blueberries, blackberries, or whatever, into my magic bullet, together with two scoops of vegetable protein powder, a scoop of nutra-sprout, which is ground linseeds, and top it up with orange juice. zap it up, and drink slowly. yummy! no gas, no problems, no hunger either. a side effect is that i am slowly losing weight at last. not a great deal, but very slowly its coming off!
blessings, sama

Hi Sama: Thankyouf or your response...so now I know is this is just us learning to adjust to processing the light and our bodies are more sensitive. I had an endoscopy yesterday and that was normal too except for some acid reflux issues. Your recipe sounds yummy and btw I do have the same issues of the pain and gas! Hope you feel better soon and glad you are losing some weight. I am too...6 # in the last month! Much Love and Blessings, Cherub

Could this be a reaction to dealing with stress or anxiety?

Cherub, if I may make a suggestion- I like this visualization technique where it puts you in a completely stress free environment of your own choosing! Allow me to give you a little hand... you're laying on top of the most greenest mountain you've ever seen, with forests at the base. You're wearing nothing but the softest fabric you've ever known draped around your body, and you're feeling that fresh breeze on your cheek with the sun offering you her warmth. It's a nice balance of temperature within you, while you are eating the most delicious ice cream sundae with all kinds of toppings that are appealing to you. You can smell all that fresh pine from those trees. You suddenly find the scene changing, and you find yourself laying on the most softest white sand with the sun smiling upon you with her rays. You still have that sundae at hand, while your bare feet are buried in soothing sand. You're gazing ahead into the ocean with a deep shade of aquablue. The surface is so calm you can see what is on the floor of the ocean. Then you feel that same breeze careesing your heated skin. You dig into your sundae with a smile... This will offer you a safe harbor in these storms, should you need it. If you wish a friend or playmate, you can think of an inner child or some inner self /aspect you find very important to you. Hope this helps!
