Shin aches and ascension

Hi Guys!
On Friday night about 4:00am I awoke with a pain in my right shin. The pain felt like the muscles were overlapping. The pain was so great that I felt paralysed and could hardly move, less take the pain. I was sterectching my leg to see if it would go away. The pain lasted about ten minutes. That morning I woke up ok and went on my way to work and did not thru out the day ever feel a symptom as what I felt that night.
But, the same thing happened again last night and at the same time. I remeber precisely as I looked at the clock and it was 4:12 AM.
I again today woke up and this time did feel some pain but nothing that I could not with stand.
I went over my sistet in-laws house and shared with her my experience which I really found strange because of all places the lower leg hurting like some thing was apply some sort of pain which imobilzed me.
She said the same thing happened to her as well about 4:00Am but in her left leg!!!
And dshe said it also happened to here about three night ago as well.
Now, has anyone else have this happen to them?
It is very strange and I can not pin point what this area holds, regarding the chakras I mean and ascension.
Any imput would be appreciated.
I check the Chakra point link we have here on the forum and it says that it where we prepare to battle our demons!
I would like more info of any one knows more about this.

I hope tonight this does not happen again cause it felt like my legs were being cut off or like if I was in an accident and my leg was crushed!

Hey MirRa,

I've had every ache and pain you can think of. If a doctor didn't know me, he'd think I was a 98 year old woman. LOL! What seems to help my shins and calves is potassium and calcium. Oh yeah, and deep tissue massage. That's my cure for just about everything. That and chiropractic.

I hope it goes away. I know it's not fun.

Ugh, Now I am dizzy and yucky in the tummy.I wonder if it has anything to do with the date June 8, and venus.?

Dear Ra:
I have had those pains in my l leg, too...right in the shin..very painful...like a nerve on fire. I do feel our electrolytes are off with all of this...so as BlueRose said...Calcium and Magnesium in the right balance and Potassium, too...or gatorade at times when this is going on. I, too, feel like an old lady at times...I think our bodies are just going through so many changes! Our legs represent moving forward in life..boy..that is a tough one for me. Much compassion for what you are going through.

Dear Ra:
Another thing that helps I find when I have muscle cramps, too, is valerian...small dose of 100 mg seems to soothe the muscles...you might try...:-)

I am having the same symptoms today. This is not usual on me...

Me too! I thought it was because I didn't have anything to eat, but then I never do have breakfast.

I had joint aches on friday night and into Saturday. It was mainly my lower shin where it connects to my ankle on my right leg, but also my knee on that leg.

SHaun got nauseated for no apparent reason last night. Hmmm...wonder if it's venus?

I get lots of leg pains too, mostly serve cramps. The solution? Magnesium but a special kind.

It's called Magnesium Asporotate by Solar Ray. Only brand available. I buy it online from VitaminShoppe and start with one a day and go up slowly to what you need and bowel tolerence. It can create the runs.

If you have constipation, it can also be a sx of too little Mag. Another thing to watch our for is getting too much Calcium. I was taking the Mag and Cal together and had sx that were coming from the Cal so stopped. This particular Mag is not combined with anything and is extremely bio compatible and easily assimilated.

If you eat a lot of dairy and the right veggies you may not need the Cal.
