Dear Family:
I am experiencing dizziness like I am about to leave this dimension at times...I try grounding myself but it does not always work...it has been going on since the Oct energies came in. Are you guys feeling this..or I am just crazy?

I"ve had more dizziness than ever in the past week, so it must be the energies. I just try to go with it and make it fun. It's like a good high but naturally!

I actually I too have been feeling strange in the head dizziness is there too, but I feel almost like somthing is pushing my head from behind it could be energies coming in I definately feel a shift of some sort has occured energy wise.

I am not feeling dizzy but feeling preassure on the left side of my head. Feels like a headache but it isn't.
I have been playing a low key as I also have been feeling a pain in my left side near the rib cage.
I have been awakening up at 3;00 am for the past three days in pain, uneasy, nausseas and have noticed the number sequence every time I look at the clock. It has been driving me crazy. The pain and discomfort was so intense that I came to work and left an hour later. I had to go home and sleep. I noticed the number being as 3:03, 4:04, and 6:16...all three days the repeats showed up in the same form.
Today the pain as toned down a bit .
I feel drained. I also noticed that I am sensitive right above my chest area, as if someone has been applying preassure to this area.
Any ways if something is happening is sure is intense and my body feels so fragile.[/glow

Yes..Ra...I have had that pain on my l side by the rib cage for the last week. It finally went away. The dizziness has passsed for the moment. I have been doing several corrections with Dr. Yuen's method, which has been helping me a lot. I do feel we are integrating a lot of energies coming in from the l side..I too have had the headaches on the l side. We are all in this together...:-)
