Dear Family:
Anyone have any interesting symptoms or stories about what they went through on 12:12? Mine was a very strange day...and had an incredible headache at the end of the day. We also had a x ray solar storm.

Just tired. As usual. Been tired for weeks now lol.

Wierd dreams, clarity in dreams left 2 nights ago. And i'm very aware that right now I am in a state of "rest" before the next phase for myself.

Me too! Terrible headache still lingering today. My body feels like it was hit by a truck. I am dragging my feet when I am walking, my legs feel very heavy.
Today I feel dazed, feels like I floating.

I didn't get the headache, but I sure feel the sluggishness, and I look and feel pregnant. LOL!! I'm retaining water everywhere, as well, and also feel like I'm in a fog today. Last night was pretty tough, lots of back pain like a pregnant woman would have. *heehee* And the feet and legs thing MirRA mentioned... me too.

Have been seeing 12:12 on clocks everywhere for a few days now/ Quite spooky really! lol
Had a rough day yesterday. bad back, bad ankles, bad chest pains, and headaches!

Ended up last night with hot flushes, pins and needles, but had a wonderful sleep, and woke up feeling great today.

Sowelu you and me both with the water retention! I am HATING IT!!! My face has pudged right up in the past two weeks, like i'm getting ready for hybernation or something... maybe we are?

Anyways, the sky at night is brilliant, the sunsets are prettier than ever, i've noticed a huge change in the sky both at day and night! Anyone else?

Me too! Number all over the place. I remember back on the old forums someone saying that when we see these numbers to say that one accepts the energies coming in and the integration of it. This will also ease the adjusting symptoms.
So, I did just that when I woke up and saw3:33 to go to the pee pee room. I accept what energies that are to integrate into my body and consciousness for the advancment of my soul and spirit. That was last night and today I feel like a million!

I too have had the same old lady symptoms and I'm about ascensioned out.

Gimme the good old days when I was unaware and still a bear...
When I could f&*k all night and truck all day...
Gimme the good old days when I could eat like a pig and still do a jig...
When I could put on a pair of jeans with a waste band and wear a bikini and roll in the sand..
Gimme the good old days when I was thin and had no kids, up all night no heavy lids...
When liquid Coke was liquid fire, and my pancreas wasn't in a mire...
Gimme the good old days when I could laugh my ass off, now I just laugh my mass off...
When chocolate chips would touch my lips, and overnight not find my hips...
Gimme the good old days when I was unaware and didn't have ascencion care
When I was blonde and always vain, and didn't have ascenion pain
Gimme the good old days when my ankles were all bone, instead of bloated old lady prone

So are these ascension pains or just the creaking of age? And are we kidding ourselves or are we really creaking toward eternity? LOL

me too with the water retention, puffy ankles, general lethargy and feeling rough, and a real stiff neck and headache too. hard work, ascension!

Well, it started out with anger on the night of 11 to 12 dec because of a what shall I call it .."dispute" I had with someone(s), old wounds torn open etc.. well that kind of thing .. I didn't sleep well (anger anger anger, you see someone (or more people) was limiting my freedom in something,.. so I felt at that time, and it made me raging with anger), the dispute has been kinda resolved on the day of the 12th (late that day), and better yet, I took back my own power in this (biggie for me). So for me the real problem is gone.. I don't know about the other partie(s), but I know I have my freedom, and I am entitled to it.
Then I felt quite mellow and energetic but grounded (relaaaaxed)..., but today... Tiiired and headache. I think it must be the aftermath, lol

I will sleep well tonight I feel, finally.. I have been much to awake for several months now to sleep in proper time (body wants rest, mind goes on kinda thing)

The muscle aches I feel are explainable though, christmasshopping (heavy load to carry, but fun!) and taichi yesterday (I'm quite a beginner so some positions are straining )

So 12:12 has been interesting at least <smiles>
