I am having severe trouble eating and digesting food. It seems that I can not digest it properly and my system doesn't know what to do with it and I then get very, very sick. I get a combination of Gas build up and Acid build up like Acid reflux and the pressure and burning pain is so unbearable I can not even pass out. It just seems my whole digestive system shuts down and does not process anything and this includes waste by-products.
Right now the only thing that seems to be ok is most fruits and veggies. Potatoe and shrimp.
Right now Nuts of any kind , Chips and foods with certain grease properties like meat and certain spices really, really, and I mean really feel like I want to die when I am sleeping that night. The pain is just so unbearable. So right now I am really watching what I eat.
I must mention that I do not eat the foods that make me sick day in adn day out. Just once in a while but they are now causing me too much pain to eat.
Peace, Love and Enlightenment,
Ed

ED, MAYBE YOUR SYSTEM IS CHANGING AND OBLIGATING IT TO CHANGE TO FOOD THAT ARE MORE INTUNED WITH ASCENSION.

(((((Hugs!))))) to you, Ed. I've been through a few phases of what you describe now, and it's never comfortable, nor is there any real sense of an answer at those times. It's great you've found which foods work ok for you! It's gotten to the point, for me, where I go to the grocery store and come out with almost no food. Nothing appeals to me, and most things offer an "echo" of what you describe, as if to say, "If you eat that, it will feel like this inside". Though just this week, I've noticed that I seem to take in foods I grew up with, best. Comforting meals that take all day to cook, and yes, include meat, like stew, meatloaf, roasts, etc. Though just a short time ago all I could eat were vegetables, raw. So... go figure. Best to you with all this! Sowelu

Dear Ed: I am having the same problem..the last week has been horrendous...I thought my gb or pancreas was acting up, too..but I've had ultrasounds and cat scans and everything is negative. Fatty foods, cheese, cookies and meat make me very ill...even eggs! I am trying to take a break and fast for a while except for fruits. Do you think it has anything to do with the upcoming stargate...11/11 is suppossed to be a kicker! Anyway...big hugs...I know what you are going through. Much Love, Spirit

Dear Ed: Another thought...a gb and liver cleanse might help, also...at curezone.com. Hulda's liver cleanse is very popular! Love, Spirit

I've been having digestive problems for so long now I don't recall when it all started. Tonight the thought of proper food combining was tugging at me. After I ate dinner I seemed to feel fine. Then I had desert and the pains started. In proper food combining it is recommended to wait at least 20 minutes I think it is after a meal to eat anything sweet. And too the need to consider what your eating at a meal must be considered. Some things should not be eaten at the same time at all. (((hugs)))

brilliant suggestions, but ed, i would still go and see your doctor and get it checked. i had a hell of a struggle with gall bladder problems, and it ended up having to come out. its not a pleasant procedure, but it ended the problems i had at the time. its worth double checking, just to be sure.

Hi Ed, we've not met yet. So hello! I have had the same problems you have. Because I am very stubborn I will give you advice here I am not taking completely myself lol, even though I know I should. Actually, okay,.. I am taking my own advice a little bit, but I know I should do more so... Here it comes. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY AND HONOUR IT thats all you have to do. And reading your post, thats already what you have been doing most of the time. Don't worry. I mean breatharians can live on light and air for peaces sake. I am totally into fish now. Salmon, salmon and salmon mainly. Raw and cooked/steamed vegetables (I can finally hold cooked veggies well now) and fruit, fresh juices... I do crave sweets now and then, like cookies, candy, chocolate, licorice.. but it must be more of a mental craving, cause it doesn't feel well if I eat it. I also crave coffee, wich makes me feel unwell. Meat kinda appauls me these days, I only sometimes eat it in small quantities, but I am not attracted to it .. and I ADORED meat before. I am a former failed vegetarian, I tried it for a year once, but my cravings for it (body cravings literally) were to great. Fatty foods (esp fried stuff) do not attract me either, except maybe for a bit of butter and cream which will soften foods up for me. Maybe the things that sit well help me build my body, as the things that don't hold well are part of my past wich I mentally hold value to, but don't belong in my future. I know I am right, because it makes me a bit sad thinking about having to let that go.. even though theres yummie food for me in store still. I do like the memory of chocolate, but if I am honest, I don't really like it as much as I used to. Ofcourse seeing a doc is always a wise thing to do, especially if you feel unsure and the pain is so severe. In the mean time, pay much respect to your body, it will respect you back Love, Dutch Raven ps a plus point is the weightloss (if one needs it), I have lost alot of weight and I feel much better, lighter, and thank God I didnt have to put in the trouble of following a prescribed diet. I do not need to loose much more though... I think that is partly why I am stabilizing on a couple of foods I couldn't eat a while ago. I am trying to get myself to listen even more closely now. I really need to take my own advice LOL

Dear DutchRaven: Thankyou for your note..because I have been struggling with food choices, too. The problem is I crave fats since I became vegan...but they really cause me pain. They did an ultrasound, endoscopy and catscan of my abd which all came out negative. Does the crystalline body reject fats, cause abd pain and digestive problems? If I stop eating them I start to feel better again..but then the cravings come back..mostly for cookies and pie at times..sometimes chocolate and cheese. Yes..I am losing weight..only need to lose 20# more...but I miss these foods as they are my comfort foods. I get tired of soy...lol. Much Love, Spirit

Dear spirit, To be honest, I cannot answer your questions. I can only say what I feel. The crystaline body is still a mystery to me. I only know what I think... and I think that it could be different for individuals with at the same time holding many similarities to a group and humanity as a whole. In my case, not all fats are rejected.. strangely most plantbased fats to seem gross to me right now (you know, the supposed good fats?), but butter, margarine and cream are allright at this time. It is in a constant state of flux. There are no rules, except maybe that natural foods seem prevalent above the processed foods. But even thát may be different for other people. I think those cravings for food that prove to hurt our body when we give in to them are mental cravings. It's a challenge, but next time you eat a food you crave for (esp. one wich you know caused pain before), notice the taste (does it really taste that great or is it the memory of the taste you like), notice how it affects your energy(field), does it make you feel druggy, does it pull you down, or does it lift you up?, And finally how does it affect your stomach, or digestive sytem? In time you will come up with your own answers. But as things change constantly, I'd say don't hold on to your experiences as a rule set in stone. For next time you crave something, it may just as well be a good thing to eat, but it probably takes alot of learning so you can maybe even recognize what it will do to you before it's already on the journey to your stomach I know I am not there yet, I still need to put things in my mouth and find out it's too late after that, lol But .. It's fun to think about these things and experiance them. We live and learn. Love, Dutch Raven

Great advice Dutch Raven. I notice that with Coke. I can drink one and it's GREAT! I can drink another one and it tastes nasty. Or it could happen after 1/2 a coke, 2 sips, etc.
Basically my body is telling me what it needs via taste rather than what my mind wants.
Hope this helps! Nicole
