I don't know what spirit is up to this morning but I sure can't seem to sleep through it.

Hi Rainbow,
I find when spirit is working on my body I am restless. They sometimes keep me awake till the sun starts coming up.
I roll and toss and it's worse when they start shooting energy up my legs.
I think we shall have to endure this 'til we ascend.

I had a TERRIBLE night last night too. Couldn't sleep, up and down all night. Man I was ticked off because I even went to bed early to catch up . Now I have to go to bed even earlier tonight to catch up to what I was trying to catch up to last night. At this rate I'm gonna have to reincarnate just to finish my errands and catch up on my sleep.  WQ |

Man, I woke up tossing, turning, groaning and kicking. Felt like I was having a nightmare yet at that point I was wide awake. At one point (maybe before I woke up completetly but was still conected with what was going on) I was aware of some being. She seemed to be female. I also saw a strange animal. Strange, because I never saw one like it before. Must have been hanging out in the Faery realm. lol WQ, hope we both have a better nights sleep tonight.

I had a bad night as well, very vivid dreams, felt like I could not rest,  I think there is an increase in the energy shift that's going on. ive had a very sore neck,back and shoulders, generally feeling uneasy. beone. |

Sore neck, back and sholders are ascension symptoms for sure.. ;D

Oh Yay!!!! Another Faery Realm Fan ;D Geez how many ways is there to spell Fairy anyway. lol! Hubby starts looking at me like I'm crazy when I start talking about such things. Nice to have a place to talk about it.

Faery and Fairy.
I have them in my house too.
And I speak to them.
Once I saw one running across my carpet.
My neighbors think I am crazy and look at me funny when they hear me talking to them outside.

Thank you for your confirmation of the ascension symptoms Luanria, ;D I thought so myself, it is nice to here it from someone else with the same awareness, Ive had these symptoms and more with c.f.s for two years now, it has just got worse at the end of june early july. I know I will come right its just a matter (or light  ) of when. 16 years ago I recovered from an 8 year long period of c.f.s. Then 14 years I was Ok while I learnt about spirit. Then 2 years ago I got freon gas poisoning and it brought it all back. More for me to work through I guess, I am unable to work at the moment so Im working through my stuff. Love Beone. |

Sounds like spirit has given you time to rest so you can work through your stuff without having the distraction of working.
