Solutions for Ascension Symptoms

After several years on the Ascension Path, I have come to realize
that ascending doesnâ?Tt come without a price. Achieving a higher level of
consciousness isnâ?Tt accomplished by osmosis; it requires commitment, diligence and
sacrifice. Still, I feel the rewards of ascension far outweigh the pain of
getting there. There have been times when I questioned my sanity as I walked
this path, having to confront my fears at every turn. I have lost many friends,
walked away from lucrative business deals and suffered the heartache of intense
loneliness yet none of those compared to the devastation I felt by losing my
health. I have always believed that as long as I had my health, I could
handle anything.  Unfortunately, we were not left a manual on how to ascend,
detailing the pros and cons and explaining the steps. As a result, many of us,
myself included, find ourselves stunned and confused by the degree of physical and
emotional pain we experience in ascension, not understanding how or why it is
a part of the process, nor how to regain our health so that we can keep going
forward. This article is my attempt to provide answers as to why our health
is affected during ascension along with some solutions for regaining our
health.  I consciously began the ascension process in early 1996. At that time I
asked my guides to, â?ohelp me regain my abilities to hear, see and feel on other
dimensions like I used to.â? Within hours my request was granted and I began
the first of many emotional clearings necessary to achieve my goal. What I
mean by emotional clearing is clearing out the old, stuck lower frequency
emotions such as anger, rage, shame, guilt, regret, remorse and bitterness that are
part of ancient memories and wounds. These traumas are held together in
layered blocks that resemble an onion. Also included in these blocks are the
beliefs and behavior patterns from which the traumas were created. As we clear each
layer of these blocks from the emotional body, the physical body then releases
its equivalent of that layer. We call this process, Emotional
Clearing. Ascension as I understand it is about moving oneâ?Ts state of consciousness from one
reality to another. Since a reality is a dimension what we are undertaking
is, in essence, a dimensional shift. To make this shift one must change oneâ?Ts
way of thinking and being. Bringing this back to the personal level, in order
to shift my thinking and ways of being, I must become aware of what beliefs and
behaviors are out of balance and take appropriate steps to balance them. As
I have learned, we wonâ?Tt be doing this totally alone. The Soul/Higher Self and
the Inner Child work with us as partners in this process. They bring our
fears, beliefs and patterns to the surface through events that trigger them into
our awareness so that we can consciously acknowledge and clear them. By
repeating this process over and over we clear our emotional bodies of the long held
traumas, beliefs, and fears. As I mentioned earlier, once the emotional body
dumps, the physical body then dumps its equivalent of that block. All this
happens simultaneously with each clearing. Oh, and along with these benefits,
the clearing recodes our DNA so it can hold more light thus changing it to a
crystalline state. Our DNA sustains our new state of consciousness.  So
emotional clearing is the process we go through to ascend. At the time I began back
in 1996 I had no idea that emotional clearing would be required to ascend. I
had not even heard of the process before I began to experience it. Perhaps
that was a good thing because had I known what it would take, I might not have
begun. During those six years I experienced many of the classicascension
symptoms. These include persistent fatigue, migraine headaches, muscle and joint
pain, stiff neck and shoulders, rapid weight gain, memory loss, difficulties
with sleep and concentration (foggy headedness), sore throat, blurred vision,
irritable bowels and bladder, low-grade fevers and depression. Through the
hundreds of comments I received from readers of my ascensionarticles, I learned
that others were experiencing part or all of the same symptoms in varying
degrees and combinations as myself. Though I was surprised, I was also comforted by
the fact that I wasnâ?Tt alone in my experiences. I began to wonder if there
was a term for these symptoms and started research to find out why we were
paying such a high price for ascension.
