What is up with all the solar flares....is this the time of the year...? Is that why so many crazy things are happening right now in the news?

I know last night when going to bed I was feeling a bit dizzy. I mean I really felt like the earth and room was moving to a degree. Kinda similar to the feeling I get when I go meditate sometimes and and can feel the ground and earth move in a wobble. This feeling was happening when I was laying in bed and standing up and walking. Only time I have even had anything similar to this while stand up is when I either A. Got up to fast from a lay down position or I was spinning in circles really fast. I did none of that. So interesting indeed.
