Someone alerted me to that phenomenon just before that day, D'est Ra. It's my brother's birthday, too, and he's one of a kind, too. Kinda cool . It looks like we may have another hot flare on the rise...? 4/9/2006 3AM (Eastern)

New Yorker Claims US Planning Nuclear War 10-Apr-2006
Seymour Hersh The April 17 edition of the weekly magazine the New Yorker will contain an article by Seymour Hersh claiming that the United States is preparing a nuclear attack against Iran. In his article, he states, "One of the military’s initial option plans, as presented to the White House by the Pentagon this winter, calls for the use of a bunker-buster tactical nuclear weapon, such as the B61-11, against underground nuclear sites." The reason that the nuclear option is the only one that will insure destruction of the facilities is that we lack essential intelligence about, for example, which ventilator shafts in the facilities supply air to generators or to people, or are dummies. A former senior intelligence official told Hirsch, "Every other option, in the view of the nuclear weaponeers, would leave a gap."
Even nuclear weapons may not work, again because of our lack of intelligence. The Iranian facilities are well distributed, and we do not know where they all are.
The US intelligence gathering network in Iran was destroyed last year, when the names of 83 operatives were, according to an administration claim, accidentally transmitted to the Iranian embassy in Washington.
In June of 2004, in a journal entry called A National Catastrophe, Whitley Strieber said that the revelation of Valere Plame's name was an intelligence catastrope because she was one of a tiny number of NOCs or "non-official covers," who appear to be ordinary citizens, but actually run extensive intelligence networks. Valerie Plame's are of activity centered on Iran.
Strieber wrote, "The names on the NOC list are among the greatest secrets possessed by our country, and the leaking of this particular name at this particular time could well be the single most traitorous act in our history, because it has blinded us to the actions of Iran as they are in the process of acquiring nuclear weapons and the means to deliver them."
Because of our lack of intelligence now, the administration must take the nuclear option itself if it has any chance at all of stopping Iran's drive to acquire a nuclear capability.
