i'm being channeled by my spirit guides at the moment. At first i was a bit freaked out but now i'm just going with the flow. One of my spirit guides is a poet and my poems are flowing thick and fast . but they are releasing feelings i've held onto for years which can only be good for my spirit and my soul  |

very cool indeed, but how can one be channeled by ones guides? i dont understand, to be honest.

Hiya Ali It can get a little confusing at times, with all that we are trying to take on board, especially when stuff starts coming through as it is to you at the moment. I recieved some stuff years ago, and was confused as hell about it, and a little scared at the seeming loss of control of myself. There are so many new terms and names to remember that it does become confusing. I'm none to clear on it all myself yet, so perhaps someone else would like to explain and enlighten us?
