Actually I kinda did this just before going into the shower the other day. I got a weird look. Kinda like almost a Cyclops look. Felt like a giant a little. The face was contorted and was more bulky but ovel looking.

I should do it again soon, see what else I can see.

I have been doing this since I was a kid, I still do it now. I like to take baths, candle lit, incense, I meditate. And I have a mirror at the end of the tub which I can look in while i'm bathing. I like to sit in the candle light and just gaze into the mirror blankly and watch what comes. I've seen everything from Lizards and dragons, to Greys, to Mother Mary... it goes on and on. I think we see the energy signature but our brain can't compute that yet, so we translate it into an image.

Ed i've been thinking of cyclops' lately, not sure why. Just a word that keeps popping up for me.
