Hi Everyone!

Do people avoid the "Channeled Messages" forum?

I'm asking because I've noticed recently that articles and channelings I regularly post in there show up elsewhere on the board, posted by members, as if the article doesn't exist here anywhere.

I do know of one person who avoids the Channeled Messages forum, so I understand that she'd never see anything I post in there since she doesn't look there. Is this the case for other members?

I'm just real curious about it, so I thought I'd ask. And if folks DO avoid that board... may I ask why? Cuz maybe we should make some changes...

Sowelu, I can't speak for others.. I don't avoid the channeled forum but most messages tend to be too long winded for me to read thoroughly. I don't mean to offend you. It's cool that you asked, though ;D

I guess if you see someone doing a "repost" you could reply to that with a link of the article you already made a thread about before that "repost." Just a thought!

No offense to me, liza, I don't write 'em, I just post 'em!

But if folks don't read them in that forum, I'd stop putting them there, you know?

I only post from a few people's channelings, anyway. Ones that resonate for me. Such as Celia Fenn's AAM pieces, Ronna Hermann's (more because I sense many people read them), Daniel Jacob's The Reconnections and Lee Carroll's Kryon work. Once in a while I'll see another something somewhere and post that too... but that's the bulk of it.

And of course, I'll mention here in case some read this and don't know... everyone is welcome to post articles in the appropriate boards at their own discretion. If there's a person's work you really enjoy and it isn't featured here, you're more than welcome to add it to the board!

And while I'm at it, MEMBERS ARE ALSO FREE TO POST THEIR OWN WRITINGS! At this point in this ascension process, I'm sure there are many who are writing their own stuff or are at least capable of doing so! LET ME ENCOURAGE YOU HERE AND NOW. *wink wink, nudge nudge*

If you are one who has written works, please know we'd love to see them posted here!

I can only speak from whats gone on at ASF, as I don't really have time to read channelings on other threads, unless I am called to them.

Honestly, I find many people are moving away from channelings, they are finding wisdom within, and having less need to search with-out. Also, a lot of channelings and channelers are becoming somewhat... tainted. I am seeing a lot of fear driven messages circulating as people work through their own karma and energy changes in the past few months. So I think it is a natural progression that channelings are being read less on the whole. It's a good thing! It helps the individual to cultivate their own thought process, which is the goal!

I do realize that, but at the same time I'm also aware that we're all going through a lot, and non-fear-based channelings can be comforting or a piece of "home" for some, so I've continued posting.

The Reconnections and some of the Kryon work hits me that way, and let's face it... sometimes I'm not quite where I want to be in my energies, and those readings often help me shift back to my heart. I figure if it's that way for me, it may be for others, as well. They can also act like a trigger for remembering, and I've found that useful too.

But like you said, maybe enough folks have moved away from them that it isn't necessary to post them anymore. Hmmmm....

I always read this section, while maybe not all sources are valued or what not...the messages are still pretty inspiring to just reflect on at the least

i stop in at the channeling board to see if anything tugs at me to read. i'm like liza though. i don't read the really long ones. maybe skim a little if it seems of interest. i agree with you sowelu that reading them when we feel guided to can be helpful, in many ways. lately though, and maybe for a good while i don't read them or feel guided to read them as i have in the past. i seem to be more into trying to figure out the inner nudgings i am getting. or you could call them inner knowings that i know nothing about. heehee. i don't quite understand and am searching.

i think maybe someone may read a channeling that they liked a lot and pop in and post it for the group without giving it a second thought that it should go on the channeling board. you know?

I have noticed a funny thing with channeled messages. I start to read one and just can't get into it and move on. Then there are once that grab my attention from the beginning and have a message for me.

So, maybe I am just learning to be more discerning and more in tune what is meant for me.

By all means Sowelu, keep them coming.

Just post whatever you have the fancy for, Sowelu I don't think you need our approval, but I think it's nice that you ask if there is any feedback.

Keep sending them. I use them as a barometer or road map, so to speak. I've found that many of the things that you and I have talked about in the prior to your post appear in these channelings.

It nurtures my awareness.

Like your most recent posting on "Labor Pains". It's like a verification of our dicussion on what it's like to have a full grown woman inside of a full grown man. That's gonna leave a mark!

Also, it's like I've also received the channel before you post it. So I know in my head and heart that these feelings are real and to be accepted. The movement of energy on a Universal plane.



If they appear somewhere else, it could be because it may have felt like a revelation to that individual that applies to that forum.

P.S.

I also e-mail them to myself as a reference guide to stay on track. It's hard to comment in "Channelings" because sometimes the things that are taking place are so surreal and apply to so many other areas on the board.

Sowelu I should have added to my last post, and I'm sorry for being so dense, that while I may not resonate with the channelings going around these days, or others for that matter, there are those who NEED to read them right now. So yes, keep posting what your heart guides you to post. It is all very much needed by someone!

Wow... you guys are all just so great! I can't thank you enough for the discussion and comments!

I must say I feel much as you do about them, penndragon. The ones I find that you see me post, at least . So far they're the only channelings I'm drawn to, but man... do they feel like "pieces of home" for me! And I totally agree about our conversations correlating nicely with these articles! *heehee* VERY cool!

I do understand the need for many to "find it within themselves", certainly, and I fully encourage and support that. But the amazing thing that I personally have been finding is that some channelings literally speak with the same heart I live from. The Reconnections are an example. I almost could recite the sentences a half-second before I read them, because it's as if it's coming from the very same place I feel inside myself.

So in that case, it is very much like a tuning fork of sorts, I guess. And helps to see that I'm on track. But more than that for me, it's comforting. We all move to the universal heart at our own pace, but as Karen Bishop and others have been saying, there's a certain loneliness now and then... and these channelings comfort me at those times. I feel as though, as I'm reading, that I'm "with family" and sweetly nestled in loving arms. It's invaluable.
